dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de sistematización se realizó en el Instituto Nacional de Pesca desde el mes de Junio hasta el mes de Septiembre de 2017, participó la Líder de Talento Humano, el Coordinador de logística y transporte, choferes y Asistente de Logística y transporte, esta experiencia pretendía poner en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos en el aula de clase, el principal resultado de la experiencia y de la sistematización sin duda alguna es que se logró desarrollar un diagnóstico organizacional. Tuvo como objetivo general mejorar el proceso de diagnóstico de la satisfacción laboral del departamento de logística y transporte del Instituto Nacional de Pesca, por lo que el eje de sistematización fue analizar dicho proceso diagnóstico. Realmente fue un proceso de aprendizaje y retroalimentación en donde tanto la institución como la practicante aprendieron a partir de esta experiencia, hubo muchas situaciones que se presentaron, pero lo importante es que fueron superadas, en vista del compromiso que se tenía para entregar un buen trabajo. Cabe recalcar que la satisfacción laboral es el conjunto de actitudes que el ser humano demuestra al ejecutar cada una de las actividades asignadas, es decir, si se encuentra satisfecho pueden llegar a ser optimista, dinámico, y auténtico, sin embargo si el colaborador se encuentra insatisfecho se sentirá pesimista, agobiado y desafortunado. Finalmente se determinó que la institución requiere que varios elementos sean implementados, para bienestar de los colaboradores	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The present systematization work was carried out in the National Fisheries Institute from June to September 2017, participated the Human Talent Leader, the Coordinator of logistics and transport, drivers and Logistics and Transport Assistant, this experience I tried to put into practice the knowledge acquired in the classroom, the main result of the experience and the systematization without any doubt is that it was possible to develop an organizational diagnosis. Its general objective was to improve the diagnostic process of job satisfaction in the logistics and transportation department of the National Fisheries Institute, so the systematization axis was to analyze the diagnostic process. It really was a process of learning and feedback where both the institution and the practitioner learned from this experience, there were many situations that were presented, but the important thing is that they were overcome, in view of the commitment that was had to deliver a good job . It should be noted that job satisfaction is the set of attitudes that the human being demonstrates when executing each one of the assigned activities, that is, if they are satisfied they can become optimistic, dynamic, and authentic, VII however if the collaborator is dissatisfied will feel pessimistic, overwhelmed and unfortunate. Finally, it was determined that the institution requires several elements to be implemented, for the welfare of the collaborators	es_ES
