Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación consiste en un sistema para el control de matrículas y notas de la Escuela Particular “Altemia Roma Marquez”, con la finalidad de automatizar los procesos que se llevan manualmente, como es registrar información de los estudiantes durante el proceso de matriculación y registrar las notas en el formato que es llevado por cada docente en sus respectivos cursos. Es por eso, que se llevó a cabo la creación de un sistema, para agilizar, optimizar y fortalecer el crecimiento de la escuela. Para lograr el desarrollo de este proyecto, se basó en la recolección de información, utilizando la técnica de entrevista con la ayuda del personal que trabajará con el sistema, con esto se permitió conocer las oportunidades de mejora que existen, también se utilizó la metodología Iconix con el objetivo de abarcar todo el ciclo del proyecto. Como conclusión se define que la plataforma NetBeans de entorno de desarrollo gratuito y código abierto, que permite trabajar en aplicaciones web con interfaces amigables y muy fácil de manejar, beneficiando a la escuela con un moderno sistema de información.
The present scientific paper consists of a system to control of enrollment and grades of the Particular School "Altemia Román Marquez", with the purpose of automating the processes that are carried out manually, such as; registering student´s information during the enrollment process and record the grades in the format that is used by each teacher in their own courses. That is why, the creation of a system was carried out, to speed up, optimize and strengthen the growth of the school. To achieve the development of this project gathering information was required, using the technique of interviewing with the help of the personnel that will work with the system. With this allowed to know the opportunities for improvement that exist. The Iconix methodology was also used with the objective of covering the entire project cycle. In conclusion, it is defined that the NetBeans platform is free and an open source for development environment, which allows to working in web applications with friendly interphases and easy to handle, benefiting the school with a modern information system.
