| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente trabajo de investigación establece el diseño de un sistema de calidad para el mejoramiento del servicio de fumigación de la empresa TRANSNAVITEX S.A. ubicada en la ciudad de Guayaquil; provincia del Guayas, año 2017. Proponiendo la aplicación de una serie de herramientas administrativas que permitan el mejoramiento de la calidad del servicio de fumigación logrando contribuir de una forma eficiente al sector portuario. Para la realización de la presente tesis se hizo indispensable la utilización de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa mediante el uso de herramientas metodológicas necesarias en la recolección de información que permitieron justificar la realización de la misma como también aportaron para el desarrollo de la propuesta. A través de esta herramienta administrativa se plantean establecer metodologías que permitan preparar a la empresa para una certificación documental ISO 9000 – 2015, logrando mejorar su capacidad de gestión, así como la administración eficiente de sus recursos, generando calidad del servicio a ofertar, mejor satisfacción al cliente, logrando su eficiencia administrativa consiguiendo un desarrollo en la organización y proyectándola como una organización competitiva ajustándose a los cambios del entorno. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The following research work establishes the design of a quality system for the improvement of the fumigation service of the company TRANSNAVITEX S.A. located in the city of Guayaquil; province of Guayas, year 2017. Proposing the application of a series of administrative tools that allow the improvement of the fumigation service quality, making an efficient contribution to the port sector. For the realization of the present thesis the use of qualitative and quantitative research was indispensable, by using the necessary methodological tools in the collection of information that allowed to justify the realization of the same as they contributed for the development of the proposal. Through this administrative tool, it is proposed to establish methodologies that allow preparing the company for an ISO 9000 - 2015 documentary certification, managing to improve its management capacity, as well as efficient management of its resources, generating quality of service to offer, better satisfaction to the client, achieving its administrative efficiency achieving a development in the organization and projecting it as a competitive organization adjusting to the changes of the environment. | es_ES |
