Resumen
Este análisis investigativo esta realizado con el objetivo de conocer los beneficios socioeconómicos que obtienen las mujeres que forman parte del proyecto MISARTE de la coop. Paraíso de la flor, bl 1, periodo 2017-2018. La misma que fue realizada con metodología de investigación descriptiva, aplicada mediante un instrumento de levantamiento de información técnica de encuesta, siendo así un paso de investigación de primera fuente, ya que encuestamos a 255 empresarias parte activa del proyecto MISARTE. Nuestra presentación teórica dentro de la investigación es el desarrollo e incrementación de nuevas formas de producción que ya han estado existentes dentro de la población a estudiar, pero no han sido aplicadas y desarrolladas de manera óptima para impulsar micro emprendimiento para lograr objetivos positivos con técnicas de desarrollo sustentable y sostenible mediante motivación y cambio de perspectiva productiva. Del mismo modo desarrollamos variables de crecimiento poblacional irregular, desempleo, bajo índice académico y explotación laboral como punto de partida a las múltiples necesidades humanas. Y posterior a ello analizada de manera descriptiva e inferencial mediante correlación de la variables antes mencionadas variables. This investigative analysis is carried out with the objective of knowing the socioeconomic benefits obtained by the women who are part of the MISARTE project of the coop. Paradise of the flower, bl 1, period 2017-2018. The same was done with a descriptive research methodology, applied by means of an instrument for the survey of technical information, thus being a step of research of first source, since we surveyed 255 businesswomen active part of the MISARTE project. Our theoretical presentation within the research is the development and increase of new forms of production that have already been existing within the population to be studied, but have not been applied and developed optimally to promote micro entrepreneurship to achieve positive objectives with techniques of sustainable and sustainable development through motivation and change of productive perspective. In the same way we develop variables of irregular population growth, unemployment, low academic index and labor exploitation as a starting point to the multiple human needs. And after that, analyzed descriptively and inferentially by correlation of the aforementioned variable variables
