| dc.description.abstract | En vista de las necesidades administrativas y financieras que se han presentado en el taller mecánico automotriz Platinium Motor’s fue muy oportuno desarrollar el presente trabajo de investigación en el cual se detalla y se da guía para una administración eficiente del negocio por parte de los directivos. De igual manera, en el presente proyecto se desarrollaron las herramientas que fueron usadas por los directivos de la empresa para la toma oportuna de decisiones. Adicionalmente, se trataron las bases teóricas necesarias que fueron utilizada para el desarrollo de la presente investigación como son los conceptos de planificación y su respectiva importancia; sin embargo, se fue a lo específico al tratar sobre la planificación estratégica el cual fue eje central del estudio realizado. Por otra parte, en la última sección del documento, se diseñaron las políticas internas de la empresa, en las cuales se formularon la misión y visión y las políticas que cada departamento debe seguir en el funcionamiento de sus operaciones. Finalmente, se estructuró las conclusiones y definiciones de la investigación que fueron producto del levantamiento y análisis de los datos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | In view of the administrative and financial needs that have arisen in the Platinium Motor's automotive mechanic workshop, it was very opportune to develop the present research work in which is detailed and given guidance for an efficient management of the business by the managers. In the same way, in the present project the tools that were used by the executives of the company for the opportune decision taking were developed. Additionally, the necessary theoretical bases that were used for the development of the present investigation were discussed, such as the planning concepts and their respective importance; However, he went to the specific when dealing with strategic planning, which was the central axis of the study carried out. On the other hand, in the last section of the document, the internal policies of the company were designed, in which the mission and vision and the policies that each department should follow in the operation of its operations were formulated.
