Resumen
El proyecto en curso se basa en la Combinación de estrategias de importación de la proveeduría internacional en Inducalidad S.A., cuyo problema se presenta por la poca de eficiencia en el manejo logístico y estrategias de importación en dicha empresa, lo que origina incumplimiento en la entrega de pedidos en el tiempo determinado, originando pérdidas económicas que los afectan. No obstante, se propone un plan de acción con estrategias de importación, donde se establece un control de actividades y operaciones, con el fin de disminuir el tiempo de entrega y mejorar el aumento de la rotación del inventario con lo cual la empresa de la ciudad de Guayaquil va a balancear su crecimiento institucional y el desarrollo de ventajas competitivas que optimizan su posicionamiento. Por ello el estudio mantuvo un enfoque cualitativo, para conocer directamente de la gerencia y jefes de departamento de operaciones de Inducalidad S. A., como lleva a cabo el proceso de importación, que medidas toman para evitar demoras y como sobrellevan tal inconveniente que repercute en su organización. Además, se detalla el desarrollo del proyecto, en donde cada capítulo concierne temas relevantes, en el capítulo uno se observa el planteamiento del problema, seguidos de los objetivos a alcanzar; en el capítulo dos se evidencian teóricas concernientes a las variables; en el capítulo tres, está el diseño metodológico, donde prevé el enfoque cualitativo, e investigación descriptiva y explicativa; el cuatro se describe la propuesta.
The ongoing project is based on the combination of import strategies of the international supply chain in Inducalidad SA, whose problem is due to the lack of efficiency in logistics management and import strategies in that company, which causes non-compliance in the delivery of orders in the determined time, originating economic losses that affect them. However, an action plan with import strategies is proposed, where a control of activities and operations is established, in order to reduce the delivery time and improve the increase of inventory turnover, with which the company in the city of Guayaquil will balance its institutional growth and the development of competitive advantages that optimize its positioning. Therefore the study maintained a qualitative approach, to know directly from the management and heads of the operations department of Inducalidad S.A., how the import process is carried out, what measures are taken to avoid delays and how they bear such inconvenience that affects their organization. In addition, the development of the project is detailed, where each chapter concerns relevant issues, in chapter one the problem statement is observed, followed by the objectives to be achieved; in chapter two the theoretical ones are shown concerning the variables; in chapter three, there is the methodological design, which provides the qualitative approach, and descriptive and explanatory research; the four describes the proposal.
