| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto denominado “PLAN DE NEGOCIOS DE LAMICROEMPRESA RÍO ARRIBA BREWING CO”, mediante la implementación de una micro cervecería busca satisfacer las necesidades del mercado con las labores de producción, distribución a puntos de venta y distribución directa del producto. El concepto de la cerveza artesanal ha estado tomando interés en el mercado mundial y ha llegado al país gracias a muchos canales aportados por la globalización. Se logró determinar que por diversos factores de entorno político y económico como el fomento al desarrollo de nuevas industrias para el cambio de matriz productiva, medidas monetarias para la protección del producto nacional, se ha impulsado de alguna manera la industria de la cerveza en el país, factores culturales como el consumo preferente de cerveza ante las demás bebidas alcohólicas y las festividades del año que promueven el consumo de la misma, entre otros factores descritos en este plan de negocio. Luego se detallan los aspectos técnicos de cómo se levantara el proyecto y como realizará sus operaciones junto con los recursos que necesitará y sus características técnicas finalmente, el análisis financiero de la investigación, indica la viabilidad del proyecto detalla la inversión inicial; los egresos de efectivo como son: gastos operativos, sueldos del personal, financiamiento; punto de equilibrio; se realizó también una proyección de los balances de resultado integral e iniciales, el flujo de fondos y con esa información obtener los índices de liquidez, rentabilidad, determinar la tasa de descuento, el VAN el TIR y la sensibilidad del proyecto | es_ES |
