Resumen
Contribuir un trabajo investigativo como el presente, requiere de
estrategia metodológicas para contribuir con el liderazgo docente y
comportamiento humano, aportando al conocimiento y práctica educativa
a los educadores, enfocando a la educación con una nueva visión para este
siglo y dejar claro la Importancia que tiene el liderazgo docente en las
aulas, ya que no solo provocará cambios en el aprendizaje de nuestros
estudiantes, sino que, además, posibilitará positivos cambios en las
unidades educativas, que rescaten lo mejor de la cultura de una institución
y las proyecten en el tiempo y el desarrollo con los cambios necesarios
para potenciar esas fortalezas y dejar atrás las debilidades. Por las
consecuencias de la forma de su comportamiento de los estudiantes del
plantel, se debe inculcar a los padres de familias, maestros y estudiantes,
principios de comportamiento adecuado a sus hijos, ya que responde a la
carencia de relaciones humanas en la familia, el entorno y la sociedad, de
tal manera que es necesario implementar talleres de relaciones humanas
y de esta manera potenciar el comportamiento estudiantil. Este trabajo de
grado, corresponde a la modalidad de proyecto factible, La metodología
utilizada en esta investigación es la exploratoria, bibliográfica documental,
descriptiva, explicativa, diagnostica, y de Internet, se aplicará encuesta, se
tomará una muestra, además se investigará a experto. Los recursos
utilizados están los humanos, textos y tecnológico. La Importancia de
liderazgo docente y comportamiento humano, es que el estudiante
aprende a convivir con el entorno y adquieren conceptos fundamentales
para la vida, el aporte es de gran utilidad en el sector educativo, es de
interés profesional porque trata de fortalecer el comportamiento humano.
Los beneficiarios serán los niños y niñas de edad escolar, docentes de
educación de todos los niveles, padres de familia y comunidad.
