Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como finalidad conocer y mejorar la
Gestión y Administración Educativa de la Cultura Física en el Bachillerato del
Colegio Fiscal Mixto Palestina, Cantón del mismo nombre Provincia del Guayas.
Este proyecto corresponde a la modalidad de proyecto factible. La fundamentación
teórica parte de su ubicación del problema, situación conflicto, causas,
formulación y evaluación del problema, objetivos y justificación. El marco teórico
se fundamenta en las definiciones de Gestión, tipos, procesos, capacidades de la
gestión, administración definiciones, características, importancia, definiciones de
Educación Física, importancia. La propuesta es un proyecto de aula para la
Cultura Física y se utilizo las técnicas de la entrevista y la encuesta. La población
estuvo constituida por Docentes del área de Cultura Física, Estudiantes del
Bachillerato y Padres/Madres de Familia. En este contexto el presente trabajo de
investigación servirá de apoyo y de referencia a los profesores de nuestro plantel
ya que partiendo de una programación concreta, para llegar a una aplicación
teórico-práctico de los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje de la Cultura Física.
Para superar estas falencias se presenta una propuesta de innovación que
consiste en diseñar un proyecto de aula para la Cultura Física, se considera que
constituye una forma de gestionar ciertos aspectos, actitudes para lograr una
situación nueva mejorando y motivando a los estudiantes en la institución. El
impacto que producirá la aplicación de esta propuesta será de vital importancia,
dado el caso que se producirá una verdadera actualización de los conocimientos
relativos a la enseñanza aprendizaje por parte de los docentes de esta área, lo
cual redundara a favor de los estudiantes quienes serán los beneficiados
demostrando un cambio positivo para realizar las diferentes actividades físicas.
Los procesos de planificación, permitirán optimizar el tiempo y los recursos, que a
la vez faciliten a la institución y docentes alcanzar un nivel adecuado.
The present investigative work has as purpose to know and to improve the Management and Educational Administration of the Physical Culture in Palestine High School, Palestine town, Guayas province. This project corresponds to the modality of feasible project. The theoretical foundation starts of the location of the problem, conflict situation, causes formulation and evaluation of the problem, objectives and justification. The theoretical contents are based in the definitions of Administration, types, processes, capacities of the administration, administration definitions, characteristic importance, definitions of Physical Education, importance. The proposal is a classroom project for the Physical Culture and used the techniques of the interview and the survey. The population was constituted for teachers of Physical Culture area, Students of the High school and Family Parents. In this context the present investigation work will serve as support and of reference to the teachers of our institution they will get a concrete programming, to get to a theoretical-practical application of the processes of teaching learning of Physical Culture. To overcome these weaknesses an innovation proposal is presented that consists in designing a classroom project for Physical Culture, it is considered that it constitutes a form of negotiating certain aspects, attitudes to achieve a new situation improving and motivating the students in the institution. The impact that will produce the application of this proposal will be of vital importance, given the case that a true upgrade will take place from the relative knowledge to the teaching learning on the part of the teachers of this area, that which redounded in favor of the students who will be the beneficiaries demonstrating a positive change to carry out the different physical activities.
