| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación abordo como objetivo principal evaluar la eficacia de la gestión del TARGETAUTO, para ello se revisaron varias fuentes bibliográficas tendientes a tener como base un marco conceptual y fundamental que permita analizar adecuadamente los datos, se estableció, que esta es una investigación de tipo descriptiva, no experimental y documental. Se analizaron y mostraron los resultados del desenvolvimiento de la gestión administrativa, la medición de las fases de planificación, organización, dirección y control que forman parte del proceso administrativo y finalmente los resultados obtenidos mediante el análisis financiero. Se propusieron manuales de procedimientos en áreas de ventas y compras pertinentes. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research work as a main objective to evaluate the effectiveness of the management of TARGETAUTO, for it several bibliographical sources tending to have been based on a conceptual and fundamental framework that allows to analyze the data adequately, it was established, that this is an investigation of descriptive type, not experimental and documentary. The results of the development of the administrative management, the measurement of the phases of planning, organization, direction and control that are part of the administrative process were analyzed and showed the results obtained through the financial analysis. Procedures manuals were proposed in areas of sales and purchases of merchandise. Relevant conclusions and recommendations were raised. | es_ES |
