Resumen
El propósito de mi Tesis de Grado es crear un Modelo Alternativo de
Gestión Educativa para el Fortalecimiento Institucional, del Colegio
Fiscal Mixto Santa Lucia del Cantón Santa Lucia en el año 2012,
determinando la factibilidad de la misma y orientándola a la ejecución
mediante el desarrollo del Marco Teórico, una vez hecho el
planteamiento del problema, observamos que no existe la
Administración y Gestión Educativa del Colegio Fiscal Mixto Santa
Lucia del Cantón Santa Lucia en el año 2012. La Metodología utilizada
es de modalidad de campo, su desarrollo es factible para el
Fortalecimiento Institucional, con una propuesta de un modelo
alternativo viable e innovador, con la aplicación de la Entrevista y la
Encuesta, el diagnóstico realizado se basó en preguntas directrices y
como instrumento ejecutado el cuestionario, con el método de
observación y la técnica de recolección de datos para solucionar una
necesidad. La población que se investigó son Directivos, Docentes,
Estudiantes y se conversó con Padres de Familia del Colegio Fiscal
Mixto “Santa Lucia” con un total de 233 personales activos, cuya
selección de muestra fue 47 siendo una nuestra subjetiva. Los recursos
económicos utilizados en la investigación fueron de mi propio peculio
para su realización fueron utilizados referencias bibliográficas y
tecnológicas que sirvieron como guía para su realización. En el análisis
se relacionaron las variables, marco teórico y objetivo, es así que se
presenta las conclusiones y recomendaciones, que son necesarias para
aplicar el modelo alternativo para el fortalecimiento institucional. Su
implementación tiene mucha importancia porque con este Proyecto de
Investigación se dinamizara la Institución Educativa, se dejaran atrás
procedimientos caducos. Los Beneficiarios serán toda la comunidad
educativa, además será un trabajo Científico
The purpose of my thesis is to create an Alternative Model for Educational Management for Institutional Strengthening of high school Fiscal Association Canton Santa Lucia Santa Lucia in 2012 determining the feasibility of it and directing it to the implementation by developing the theoretical framework, once made the statement of the problem, we note that there is Educational Administration and Management Association high school Fiscal Canton Santa Lucia Santa Lucia in 2012. The methodology used in this type of field, its development is feasible for Institutional Strengthening, with a proposal for a viable alternative model and innovative, with the application of Interview and Survey, the diagnosis made was based guidelines and questions as a tool executed the questionnaire, the method of observation and data collection technique to solve a need. The populations to be investigated are Directors, Teachers, Students and Parents spoke to the high school Fiscal Association "Santa Lucia" with a total of 233 active personal, the selection of one sample was 47 being our opinion. Economic resources were used in the research of my own pocket for their implementation was used technological references and served as a guide for implementation. The analysis related variables and objective framework is presented and the conclusions and recommendations, which are necessary to implement the alternative model for institutional strengthening. Its implementation is very important because this research project will invigorate the educational institution, leave behind outdated procedures.
