dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad la violencia de género se presenta aun como tema tabú en la sociedad ecuatoriana haciendo referencia al maltrato físico, psicológico y sexual que está presente en escuelas, colegios, universidades, dentro del entorno familiar y comunitario sin importar edad o clase social. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar el sistema de creencias de la violencia de género y sexual con base en el proyecto “Estrategias de mejoramiento de las respuestas a estudiantes que viven situaciones de violencia de género y sexual en la Universidad de Guayaquil”, el mismo que esta direccionado a efectuar una descripción e interpretación critica de las siguientes fases: exploratoria, implementación, ejecución y evaluación, lo cual permitió esclarecer los aspectos positivos, negativos y las lecciones aprendidas durante este proceso. Se empleó una metodología cualitativa desde el enfoque constructivista para lo cual se utilizó técnicas como observación, entrevista que ayudó a explorar los conocimientos previos y posteriores a la presentación de los talleres. La información que se obtuvo durante el transcurso del trabajo se mantuvo enfocada en la sensibilización logrando cumplir con la sistematización del proceso de talleres sobre violencia de género y sexual y su naturalización dentro del campo universitario. Este documento plantea estrategias para despertar el conocimiento crítico de los estudiantes brindando información, identificando las creencias y concienciar a la población sobre la temática abordadaes_ES
dc.description.abstractActually, gender violence is still a taboo subject in Ecuadorian society, referring to the physical, psychological and sexual abuse that is present in schools, colleges, universities, within the family and community environment regardless of age or social class. The present work aims to identify the belief system of gender and sexual violence based on the project "Strategies for improving responses to students living in situations of gender and sexual violence at the University of Guayaquil," the same that is directed to make a critical description and interpretation of the following phases: exploratory, implementation, execution and evaluation, which allowed to clarify the positives, negatives and lessons learned during this process. A qualitative methodology was used from the constructivist approach using techniques such as observation, interview that helped to explore the knowledge prior to and after the presentation of the workshops. The information obtained during the course of the work was focused on the sensitization, achieving compliance with the systematization of the workshop process on gender and sexual violence and its naturalization within the university field. This document proposes strategies to awaken the critical knowledge of the students by providing information, identifying the beliefs and raising the awareness of the population on the subject addressedes_ES
