dc.description.abstract	El cáncer cervicouterino es el segundo tipo de cáncer con mayor incidencia a nivel mundial. Sin embargo, es prevenible en gran escala mediante la detección temprana, en virtud de tomar hasta más de diez años en desarrollarse hasta poder ser diagnosticado, significando que se dispone de tiempo suficiente para lograr modificar el estilo de vida. En este sentido, Enfermería debe tener una participación destacada en la promoción del diagnóstico oportuno mediante las pruebas de tamizaje y el autocuidado, así como modificar los factores predisponentes para enfermar de cáncer. De modo que el presente estudio tiene como objetivo general describir el rol educativo de enfermería en la prevención de cáncer de cuello uterino en el Centro de Salud Cisne 2. La metodología tuvo un enfoque cualitativo mediante un método fenomenológico descriptivo, con la aplicación de entrevistas a usuarias que asisten al Centro de Salud Cisne II. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran el desconocimiento de muchas mujeres que asisten a sus citologías sin preparación previa necesaria para realizar la prueba y manifiestan que no se les ha brindado esta información en el establecimiento de salud, a su vez mencionan que el personal de salud usa términos médicos que se les dificultad comprender y obtienen la información por otras pacientes. Se concluye que una promoción adecuada de parte de enfermería puede ocasionar cambios de conducta en las mujeres y disminuir la probabilidad de padecer cáncer cervicouterino.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Cervical cancer is the second type of cancer with the highest incidence worldwide. However, it is preventable on a large scale through early detection, by virtue of taking up to more than ten years to develop before being diagnosed, which means that there is enough time to achieve lifestyle changes. In this, the Nursing staff has an outstanding participation in promoting timely diagnosis through screening tests and self-care, as well as modifying the predisposing factors to get cancer. So that the present has as general objective to describe the educational role of nursing in the prevention of cervical cancer study at the Cisne 2 Health Center. The methodology had a qualitative approach through a descriptive phenomenological method, with the application of interviews to users attending the Cisne II Health Center. The results obtained show the ignorance of many women who attend their smear tests without prior preparation necessary to perform the test and state that they have not been given this information in the health establishment, in turn they mention that the health personnel use medical terms that Sometimes it is difficult for them to understand and obtain information from other patients. It is concluded that an adequate promotion by nursing can cause a positive impact on changes in habits and behaviors of women, causing a health-promoting behavior.	es_ES
