dc.description.abstractUna central telefónica es fundamental para la comunicación en las organizaciones en cualquier ámbito. La implementación de este proyecto fue en base a una petición de los directivos de Facultad de Ciencias Médicas de la Universidad de Guayaquil. Para la realización del proyecto se utilizó un servidor Elastix, además de hardphones de Elastix, así como softphones instalados en nuestros teléfonos celulares para hacer pruebas (se usó Zoiper en este caso). El tipo de solución de telefonía IP a implementar es mixta, pues se usan elementos de tecnología VoIP y algunos recursos de la telefonía convencional (líneas análogas) son reutilizados. Se realizó un estudio para comprobar si la central telefónica que se implementó en la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas, se puede interconectar con una central telefónica que esté montada en alguna otra Facultad de la Universidad de Guayaquil.es_ES
dc.description.abstractA telephone exchange is essential to communication in organizations in any field. The implementation of this project was based on a request from the managers of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the University of Guayaquil. For this project we used a server Elastix, hardphones from the same manufacturer, as well as softphones installed on our cell phones for testing (was used Zoiper in this case). The type of IP telephony solution to implement is mixed, as elements of VoIP technology and some resources from conventional telephony (analog lines) are re- used. A study was realized to verify if the telephone central office that was implemented in the Faculty of Medical Sciences, can be interconnected by a telephone central office that is mounted in some another Faculty of the University of Guayaquil.es_ES
