dc.description.abstractLa sociedad ecuatoriana está alarmada ante el incremento del consumo y expendio de droga en las unidades educativas, por parte de la niñez y adolescencia, debido a lo cual el gobierno ecuatoriano, a través de la Secretaria Técnica de Drogas (SETED), está obligado a establecer programas que prevengan el incremento, pero existe un inconveniente en la SETED ente encargado de gestionar procesos, que identifican las unidades educativas inmersas en dicha pandemia y tomar decisiones para prevenirla y evitarla, los proceso se realizan en forma manual, lo que implica que las decisiones y posibles soluciones sean realizadas lentamente y en forma tardía, por tal motivo se propone el desarrollo de un aplicativo web que permita generar reportes estadísticos a partir de la información entregada por las entidades educativas donde haya ocurrido incidencias de expendio o consumo de drogas. A través de esta aplicación, se plantea que la SETED evalúe y genere indicadores, y en base a ello, tome decisiones oportunas y prevenga el consumo o expendio de drogas de los jóvenes estudiantes.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEcuadorian society is alarmed at the increase in consumption and sale of drugs in educational units, by children and adolescents, due to which, the Ecuadorian government, through the Technical Secretariat of Drugs (SETED), has It has been urged to establish programs to prevent the increase, but there is a drawback in the SETED agency responsible for conducting processes to identify the involved establishments in the pandemic and make decisions to avoid it or prevent it, their process is carried out manually, which means that decisions and possible solutions in belatedly complete them for that reason the development of a web application that can generate statistical reports of the information provided by educational institutions where incidents of drug dispensing or intends occurred. Through this application, it is proposed that the SETED evaluate and generate indicators, and based on that, make timely decisions and prevent drug consumption or sale of young students.es_ES
