dc.description.abstract	Este trabajo nace de la necesidad imperiosa de optimizar la forma de evaluar al Personal Docente de la Carrera de Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, como una forma de mejorar la Calidad del Servicio Educativo que la misma ofrece, además de establecerse como un paso inicial para reunir los requerimientos necesarios a fin de obtener la acreditación universitaria, exigida en la actualidad por organismos de control como el SENESCYT. La implementación de este tipo de soluciones tecnológicas en la institución, promoverá la cultura de evaluación entre todos quienes conforman la misma, sean estos: estudiantes, docentes y autoridades en general. El éxito de un proceso de esta magnitud dependerá del grado de compromiso que adquieran todos los involucrados, con el objetivo de convertir a la institución en una entidad que esté a la vanguardia en lo que a Calidad de Servicio Educativo respecta. Siendo conscientes de la realidad nacional y conociendo la brecha que existe entre la Educación Pública y la Privada en Nivel Pregrado en lo que a Calidad Educativa respecta, se trata de disminuir esa distancia lo más posible e incluso llegar a niveles más altos, siendo beneficiaria directa de este esfuerzo la gran población estudiantil que posee la Universidad de Guayaquil.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This work arises from the urgent need to optimize how to assess the Teachers of the School of Computer Systems Engineering as a way to improve the quality of education that it offers, as well established as an initial step to meet the requirements needed to obtain university accreditation, now required by inspection bodies and the SENESCYT. The implementation of such technological solutions in the institution, promote the culture of assessment among all who make it, are these: students, teachers and authorities. The success of a process of this magnitude will depend on the degree of commitment that all involved acquired, with the aim of turning the institution into an entity that is at the forefront as far as regards quality of educational services. Being aware of the national situation and knowing the gap between Public and Private Education Level Undergraduate far as educational quality is concerned, is to reduce that distance as possible and even reach higher levels, being a direct beneficiary of this effort, the large student population that owns the University of Guayaquil.	es_ES
