Resumen
El fundamento del presente trabajo de investigación se basa en hechos que motivaron la ejecución de un proceso investigativo, sobre una problemática que permita analizar la práctica del populismo y su influencia en la política ecuatoriana. Su estudio es de la mayor importancia debido a que es de conocimiento general, la fortaleza que adquiere esta corriente política que pretende entregar líderes que satisfagan la necesidad de los sectores marginados de la sociedad ecuatoriana. La Metodología comprende un trabajo bibliográfico y de estudio de casos realizados como parte del proceso investigativo, que han permitido obtener información representativa para determinar un diagnóstico que permita tener una apreciación confiable sobre la necesidad de de plantear la difusión académica. Se realizó una investigación documental que permitió conocer los lugares que marcaron la histórica trinchera de la corriente populista en el Ecuador del siglo XX. Finalmente analizar la influencia del populismo y sus acciones que han conllevado consecuencias indeseables en el ejercicio de la política ecuatoriana. Con este preámbulo se analiza uno de los primeros políticos que parte de esta tendencia: José María Velasco Ibarra, haciendo una investigación de sus periodos presidenciales, continuando con el estudio de Dr. Carlo Guevara Moreno su influencia en la política nacional creando el partido más populista en el Ecuador de entonces, luego analizaremos al Dr. Assad Bucaram Elmhalin su influencia en los sectores sociales y por ende en la política ecuatoriana, llegando al análisis de la participación del abogado Abdalá Bucaram Ortiz con el ejercicio de un populismo radical. La propuesta es factible y de gran impacto, beneficiará a toda la comunidad educativa y a la Sociedad en general que demanda de un continuo proceso de aprendizaje excelente, con excelencia académica y además con un compromiso de cambio.
The current work of investigation basis is based on facts that motivated the execution of an investigation process, about a quandary that allows to analize the populism practice and its influence in the ecuadorian politics field. The study of this is of major importance for general knowledge, the power that acquires this politics current pretends to give leaders that satisfy the needs of an isolated sector in the ecuadorian society. The Methodology comprises a bibliographical work and the study of cases carried out as part of the investigative process, that have allowed to obtain representative information in order to determinate a diagnosis that permits having a reliable discernment about the needs of setting out an academic diffusion. A documentary research was made that allowed to know the different places which marked the historic trench of the populist current that was performed in the Twentieth century in Ecuador. Finally, we must analize the influence of populism and its actions that have led to undesirable consequences in the performance of Ecuadorian politics. With this preamble, It's important to analize one of the first politicians who is part of this trend: Jose Maria Velasco Ibarra, doing a research of his presidencies ; then, the study if Dr. Carlo Guevara Moreno and his influence in the national politics creating the most populist party in Ecuador that was part of that period; After that, the analysis of Dr. Assad Bucaram Elmhalin and his influence in the social sectors and therefore in Ecuadorian politics, reaching the analysis of the participation of the lawyer, Abdalá Bucaram Ortiz, his performance in a radical populism. The proposal is feasible and has a great impact that will benefit the entire school community and society in general that demands a continuous process of great learning, academic excellence and also a commitment to change.
