Resumen
En la actualidad existe una gran cantidad de alternativas tecnológicas en el
mercado dirigidas especialmente a automatizar los procesos operativos realizados
diariamente en las Unidades Educativas; de esta manera Instituciones optan por
integrar opciones vía web de tal forma que ayuden en la optimización de dichos
procesos mientras mejoran significativamente la calidad de atención, servicio y
educación brindada. El presente trabajo forma parte del Sistema Académico Web
desarrollado y dirigido a las Unidades Educativas y que será implementado como
proyecto piloto en la Unidad Educativa Gloria Gorelik, cuya finalidad es ofrecer
una herramienta tecnológica que permita automatizar los procesos
administrativos, pedagógicos y psicológicos de la Institución. Entre estos
procesos realizados dentro de la Unidad Educativa Gloria Gorelik tenemos el
envío y recepción de tareas a los estudiantes por parte de los docentes quienes
carecen de una alternativa que les permita llevar un mejor control sobre los
mismos. El buen manejo de un control de tareas es de vital importancia para las
Unidades Educativas lo que permite automatizar estos procesos y a su vez
favorecer en el rendimiento y aprovechamiento académico de los estudiantes.
There is currently a lot of technological alternatives on the market specifically geared to automate daily operational processes performed in the Educational Units; Institutions thus choose to integrate options via web so that help in optimizing these processes while significantly improving the quality of care, service and education provided. This work is part of the Academic System Web developed and directed educational units and will be implemented as a pilot project in the Education Unit Gloria Gorelik, which aims to provide a technological tool that automates administrative, pedagogical and psychological processes of the institution . These processes performed within the Education Unit Gloria Gorelik have the sending and receiving of tasks to students by teachers who lack an alternative that allows them to keep better control over them. Good management of a task control is vital for the Educational Units so you can automate these processes and in turn promote the academic performance and student achievement.
