Resumen
CEMALE S.A., surge ante la necesidad o carencia de este tipo de servicio de alquiler de Casilleros en la ciudad de Guayaquil. Se pretende proporcionar a las personas un servicio de seguridad y comodidad, servicio que se plasma en salvaguardar objetos personales de los usuarios en casilleros. CEMALE S.A., tiene como objetivo ofrecer a sus clientes un servicio de calidad y seguridad a la hora de disfrutar de los distintos lugares de ocio. Para el desarrollo del Proyecto se realizo un análisis en donde encontraremos misión, visión, los valores de la empresa, un análisis del mercado objetivo para este proyecto serán todas las personas que acudan a la zona rosa de la ciudad de Guayaquil así como las distintas personas que transiten por el local. Se hizo un estudio de mercado utilizando el programa SPSS tomando en cuenta el sector Roca. La tecnología la describimos con los tipos de casilleros y el servicio a ofrecer, así también la adquisición de herramientas a utilizar. En la administración; Se define la estructura organizacional de la empresa, los diferentes cargos, entidades de control de calidad, y la capacitación del personal de la empresa. En la parte Legal de la empresa se señala los diversos aspectos legales necesarios para la constitución de la compañía y el tiempo aproximado que toma cada uno de ellos, además de los requerimientos para el funcionamiento del negocio. En el análisis económico y Financiero CEMALE S.A., realiza las operaciones necesarias para la constitución y funcionamiento de la empresa y consta con una capital de USD 21.000 los cuales serán aportados por los socios representando un 60% será por parte del socio Emprendedor y el 40% por el socio Capitalista, aportando el socio mayoritario $7.8000 y el otro socio $5.200 y buscamos un financiamiento bancario de $8.000 el cual nos da un monto de USD 21.000. Los resultados financieros indican que el proyecto es rentable debido que la rentabilidad del proyecto en un análisis de 5 años es de 49% con un periodo de recuperación de la inversión del aporte de los socios es de 2 años y 7 meses, y el valor presente neto es de $41.312,30 cifra que nos aminan a iniciar el proyecto. En el análisis de riesgo se puede identificar peligros y descubrir oportunidades. Conclusión: Adicionalmente la tesis incluye en el análisis técnico el desarrollo de un Demo, que se va a implementar en el negocio
