dc.description.abstractEl siguiente trabajo es la ejecución de un plan de negocio basado en un parque acuático situado en el cantón Yaguachi de la provincia del Guayas, buscando captar un público objetivo el cual ayude a aumentar el turismo del parque que contará con instalaciones que brinden mucha diversión, seguras y apropiadas que garanticen el bienestar de sus visitantes, el mismo incluirá espacios de recreación empezando por niños hasta los adultos mayores, el propósito de la creación del parque acuático es dar a conocer al cantón para que así sea visitado y logre posesionarse en la mente del consumidor como una potencia turística al lograr visitas de turistas, crecimiento económico, mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes, disminuir el desempleo. La población que se ha tomado como objeto de estudio son los habitantes del cantón, los turistas nacionales y extranjeros, considerando como técnica de recolección de la información dos tipos de encuestas dirigidas para los habitantes del cantón y turistas, el mercado meta serán los turistas nacionales y extranjeros. Se realizó un análisis FODA en donde identifican las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas que se presentarán. En el proyecto se hará una descripción del negocio y como se planea ejecutarlo, se detallarán las estrategias publicitarias pertinentes para lograr un reconocimiento en el mercado, la viabilidad de proyecto lo cual se verá reflejado por medio de un análisis financiero que muestre la inversión que se está realizando y otros diversos factores económicos que se necesitan evaluar.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe following work is the implementation of a business plan based on a water park located in Yaguachi canton of Guayas province, seeking to capture a target audience which will help increase tourism in the park will have facilities that provide lots of fun, safe and appropriate to ensure the welfare of its visitors, it will include recreation areas starting with children to the elderly, the purpose of the creation of the water park is to inform the canton so that is visited and achieve possession in the mind consumer as a tourist power to achieve visits of tourists, economic growth, improve the quality of life of the inhabitants, reduce unemployment. The population has been taken as an object of study are the inhabitants of the canton, national and foreign tourists, considering as a technique for data collection are two types of surveys conducted for the inhabitants of the canton and tourists, the target market will be domestic tourists and foreigners. a SWOT analysis identifies where the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats presented was performed. be made in the project, a description of the business and how it plans to run, relevant advertising strategies will be detailed to achieve recognition in the market, the viability of the project which will be reflected by a financial analysis showing the investment is underway and various other economic factors that need to be evaluated.es_ES
