dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo se basa en la descripción del proceso de diagnóstico de satisfacción laboral de los Colaboradores de la Dirección Provincial de Obras Públicas del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Provincial del Guayas, la cual se ejecutó durante los meses de julio y agosto del 2017. Este diagnóstico fue parte de los requerimientos establecidos por la Facultad de Ciencias Psicológicas de la Universidad de Guayaquil, para aprobación del noveno semestre, y su a vez serviría como parte del proceso de trabajo de titulación. Durante el desarrollo de la práctica, se manifestaron diferentes problemáticas que entorpecieron el proceso de diagnóstico, no obstante, estas dificultades se fueron superando eventualmente y se pudo ejecutar todo lo coordinado en la planificación establecida. Sin embargo, al sistematizar la experiencia, se logró determinar que el tiempo límite de ejecución era corto y no dio la oportunidad a ejecutar otros instrumentos que permitieran enriquecer los resultados; los conocimientos obtenidos hasta ese momento durante los periodos académicos no fueron suficientes para ilustrar el alcance o la importancia de este tipo de diagnóstico organizacional. Es por lo que el presente trabajo describe las diferentes dificultades y fortalezas que se detectaron durante el proceso de diagnóstico, que permitirá que las nuevas promociones a titularse puedan desarrollar una mejor ejecución de prácticas pre-profesionales, y en consecuencia un mejor diagnóstico	es_ES
dc.description.sponsorship	This work is based on the description of the process of diagnosis of job satisfaction of the Collaborators of the Provincial Office of Public Works of the Provincial Autonomous Autonomous Government of Guayas, which was executed during the months of July and August of 2017. This diagnosis was part of the requirements established by the Faculty of Psychological Sciences of the University of Guayaquil, for the approval of the ninth semester, and its in turn would serve as part of the titling work process. During the development of the practice, different problems that hindered the diagnostic process were manifested, however, these difficulties were eventually overcome and everything coordinated in the established planning could be executed. However, by systematizing the experience, it was possible to determine that the execution time limit was short and did not give the opportunity to execute other instruments that would enrich the results; The knowledge obtained up to that moment during the academic periods was not enough to illustrate the scope or importance of this type of organizational diagnosis.
