dc.description.abstractLa atención del embarazo de alto riesgo requiere vigilancia del personal de guardia de los hospitales públicos. Por este motivo se realizó un estudio sobre la prueba de bienestar fetal en 100 embarazadas a quienes se les realizó perfil biofísico fetal modificado, en el momento de la admisión en el servicio de Emergencia en el área de Ginecología y Obstetricia y que tuvieron nacimiento en el Hospital Nacional de Especialidades Guayaquil Dr. Abel Gilbert Pontón durante los meses de enero a diciembre del 2009. El propósito de esta investigación es valorar la vigilancia fetal ante parto del embarazo con alto riesgo mediante el uso del perfil biofísico modificado El estudio es de tipo descriptivo – correlacional con diseño no experimental, longitudinal, retrospectivo. 88 % de la muestra accedió a controles prenatales pero 33 % tuvieron como máximo dos consultas con el obstetra. Pacientes externos (transferidos desde otras instituciones) 53 %. Líquido amniótico: 2 % presentó oligoamnios severo. Características: claro 89 % y meconial 11 %. Reactividad fetal 97 %, 3 % no reactivo. Valoración del Apgar: 96 % > 7 – 10 al minuto y 97 % > 7 – 10 a los 5 minutos. 3 % de neonatos que tuvieron un Apgar < 7 fueron asistidos exitosamente. Con un valor predictivo del 100 % en esta investigación, demostrándose, que con Índice de líquido amniótico bajo < 5, Monitoreo Fetal no reactivo y líquido amniótico meconial, el puntaje del Apgar al nacer será bajo y por lo tanto el producto necesitará reanimación.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe attention of the pregnancy of high risk needs a lot of vigilance of the police officer's personnel of the public hospitals, even more when they come from another institution and without medical information that help to the diagnosis and treatment. For this motive a study was realized on the test of fetal well-being in 100 pregnant women to whom they there carried out profile fetal modified biophysicist, in the moment of the admission in the service of Gynecology and Obstetrics and that had birth in the National Hospital of Specialties Guayaquil Dr. Abel Gilbert Pontón during January to December, 2009. The intention of this investigation is modified biophysicist values the fetal vigilance before childbirth of the pregnancy with high risk by means of the use of the profile. The study is of descriptive type - correlacional with not experimental, longitudinal, retrospective design. 88% of the sample agreed to prenatal but 33% had more than two consultations with the obstetrician. Outpatients (transferred from other institutions) 53%. Amniotic fluid: 2% had severe oligohydramnios. Features: Clear 89% 11% meconium. 97% fetal reactivity, 3% non-reactive.
