Resumen
Las actividades que realizan las microempresas se ha visto en peligro por la presente crisis dada a la
pandemia del coronavirus, lo cual ha dejado varias microempresas en la quiebra y otras que han
decidido despedir a sus empleados para seguir funcionando, ya que el distanciamiento social no
permite el comercio físico, ya que existe el miedo al contagio, dejando como resultado las grandes
pérdidas que sufre el mercado laboral. Para esto el presente trabajo de titulación tiene como propósito
desarrollar una aplicación móvil en sistema operativo Android el cual va a servir de ayuda a que las
microempresas pueden mostrar y gestionar sus productos de manera online, el objetivo principal sera
que las microempresas cuenten con innovaciones tecnologicas importantes como lo es el comercio
electronico, la aplicación contara con un diseño adaptable y amigable para que el usuario se sienta
agradable. La metodología que se usó para el desarrollo es la metodología SCRUM la cual es
adaptable a cualquier tipo de proyecto, además se usó la metodología de la investigación la cual es
usada para hallar resoluciones a inconvenientes diarios o problemas cotidianos, por medio del
entendimiento usado se hizo encuestas lo que da un resultado preciso, organizado para conocer la
verdad. Al hacer las encuestas se observó que un enorme conjunto de microempresas que venden
sus productos de forma virtual usan las redes sociales para su publicidad, sin embargo, como en las
redes se promociona una gigantesca pluralidad de bienes y servicios no se obtiene la meta, el cual
es atraer el más grande número de consumidores o probables consumidores los cuales tienen la
posibilidad de comprar su producto. Por ende, resulta provechoso que las microempresas cuenten
con una aplicación móvil que le posibilite enseñar sus productos y gestionar sus pedidos.
The activities carried out by micro-businesses have been endangered by the current crisis due to the coronavirus pandemic, which has left several micro-businesses in bankruptcy and others that have decided to lay off their employees to continue operating, since social distancing does not it allows physical commerce, since there is a fear of contagion, resulting in the great losses suffered by the labor market. For this, the present degree work aims to develop a mobile application in Android operating system which will help micro-companies to display and manage their products online, the main objective will be for micro-companies to have technological innovations important such as electronic commerce, the application will have an adaptable and friendly design so that the user feels pleasant. The methodology that was used for the development is the SCRUM methodology which is adaptable to any type of project, in addition the research methodology was used which is used to find solutions to daily inconveniences or daily problems, through the understanding used is made surveys which gives an accurate result, organized to know the truth. When doing the surveys, it was observed that a huge group of micro-companies that sell their products virtually use social networks for their advertising, however, as a huge plurality of goods and services is promoted in the networks, the goal is not obtained, which is to attract the largest number of consumers or likely consumers who have the possibility of buying your product. Therefore, it is beneficial for micro-businesses to have a mobile application that enables them to show their products and manage their orders.
