dc.description.abstract	La ciudadela alborada ubicada al norte de la ciudad de guayaquil en la parroquia Tarqui, fue construida en el año 1975 como una solución habitacional debido al alto crecimiento poblacional de la época, siendo considerada como uno de los barrios con más movimiento de guayaquil en los años 90 a pesar de ser considerada como residencial. En la actualidad, la ciudadela cuenta con 14 etapas divididas en dos sectores (Alborada este y oeste). El presente trabajo de investigación contiene el estudio y diseño de la Av Rodolfo Baquerizo Nazur, y su intercepción Av Benjamín Carrión Mora, donde se visualizan zonas en completo deterioro, que debido a su estado han perdido su funcionalidad, causando malestar a los ciudadanos, además, de no cuentar con el correcto equipamiento urbano. La propuesta tiene como finalidad mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos, mediante la creación de espacios que generen una identidad ciudadana dándole un sentido de pertenencia a los habitantes, para la propuesta de diseño se consideró el uso de las formas geométricas permitiendo una mejor fluidez en las áreas, generando una mejor conexión ciudadana.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The dawn citadel located north of the city of Guayaquil in the Tarquin parish, was built in 1975 as a housing solution due to the high population growth of the time, being considered one of the neighborhoods with the most movement in Guayaquil over the years. 90 despites being considered residential. Currently, the citadel has 14 stages divided into two sectors (East and West Alborada). According to statistics from the (Centro de Estudio e Investigaciones Estadisticas, 2010), La Alborada had a population of approximately 45,098 inhabitants, but due to the continuous population and commercial increase that has been maintained in the citadel, according to (Torres, 2022) there are more than 300,000 inhabitants. inhabitants, being considered one of the most populated sectors of Guayaquil and in turn representative of the north of the city of Buenos Aires, due to its size, and its large number of stores, shopping RAMIREZ MANJARREZ TANIA PRISCILA XX malls, and the main service center for surrounding areas such as: la Garzota, Guayacanes, orchids, willows, Samanes. What has generated problems at the urban level such as: acoustic, environmental, and visual. This research work contains the study and design of Av. Rodolfo Baquerizo Nazur, and its intersection Av. Benjamín Carrion Mora, where areas in complete deterioration are displayed, which due to their state have lost their functionality, causing discomfort to citizens as well, do not have the correct urban equipment. The purpose of the proposal is to improve the quality of life of citizens, through the creation of spaces that generate a citizen identity, giving a sense of belonging to the inhabitants. For the design proposal, the use of geometric shapes was considered, allowing better fluidity. in the areas, generating a better citizen connection.	es_ES
