dc.description.abstract	En el presente trabajo de titulación se investigó la compañía SEBIOCA, C.A, con la finalidad de buscar respuestas y dar solución a la problemática existente en la gestión administrativa y la comercialización de las plantas meristemáticas. El objetivo general de la investigación estuvo enfocado en proponer medidas estratégicas de gestión administrativas, que contribuyeran a la comercialización eficiente de las plantas que ahí se producen. En el estudio metodológico se establecieron las bases teóricas, sustantivas y empíricas, como sustento sólido para el diagnóstico conclusivo, el cual dio como resultado una inadecuada gestión administrativa, que repercutió negativamente en la comercialización de las plantas meristemáticas. El estudio arrojó estas valoraciones teniendo en cuenta la implementación de los métodos teóricos, como la observación, el análisis, la síntesis y el histórico, también se emplearon los métodos empíricos, tal como las entrevistas que fueron realizadas a los Gerentes y al Jefe de Producción del laboratorio, y la encuesta, que se aplicó al personal administrativo que se encuentra vinculado a la comercialización de las plantas. Posteriormente, se contrastaron los resultados obtenidos con los datos financieros de los Balances y los Estados de Resultados de la compañía durante un período de 4 años, a partir de estos análisis se discutió el problema y se concibieron las medidas estratégicas que debe seguir la administración para lograr una correcta gestión administrativa y un eficaz proceso de comercialización de las plantas con notoriedad científica incluida y alcanzar la rentabilidad esperada. Al finalizar, se indicaron las conclusiones, las recomendaciones y los apéndices, que validan la investigación realizada.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	In the present work of titling the company SEBIOCA, C.A, was investigated in order to find a response and solve the existing problems in the administrative management and marketing of meristematic plants. The general objective of the research was focused on proposing strategic administrative management measures that would contribute to the efficient commercialization of the plants that occur there. In the methodological study, the theoretical, substantive and empirical bases were established as solid support for the conclusive diagnosis, which resulted in an inadequate administrative management, which had a negative effect on the commercialization of meristematic plants. The study yielded these assessments taking into account the implementation of theoretical methods, like observation, analysis, synthesis and history, as well as the use of empirical methods, such as the interviews that were made to the Managers and the Chief of the Laboratory. The survey was also used, which was applied to the administrative staff that is linked to the commercialization of the plants. Subsequently, the results obtained with the financial data of the Company's Balance Sheets and Income Statements were compared over a period of 4 years. From these analyzes the problem was discussed and the strategic measures to be followed by the management to Achieve a correct administrative management and an efficient process of commercialization of the plants with included scientific notoriety and reach the expected profitability. At the end were indicated the conclusions, recommendations and annexes, which validated the research carried out.	es_ES
