dc.description.abstract	El presente análisis de casos se realizó en la Empresa “Servicios y Transportes C. Ltda.” ubicada en el norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil, con el objetivo de caracterizar el desempeño laboral de los empleados en el año 2015 para el fortalecimiento de los criterios de evaluación. La metodología utilizada en este trabajo tuvo un enfoque cualitativo, donde se aplicó tres instrumentos para la recogida de datos, tales como entrevista semiestructurada, técnicas proyectivas abiertas como la composición “El sentido de mi vida”, “Cómo es mi rendimiento en el trabajo”, “Cómo es mi lugar de trabajo” y semiabierta como “los diez deseos”, además de contar con la revisión documentaria de matriz FODA, evaluaciones de desempeño Empresarial y diagnóstico del modelo administrativo de gestión organizacional que reposaban en los archivos de la Empresa, con la finalidad de analizar las necesidades, rasgos del carácter, aspiraciones, valores, motivación, conocimiento de la tarea, condiciones de trabajo, cumplimiento de las actividades, satisfacción laboral y comunicación organizacional que los empleados poseían. A través de la aplicación de los instrumentos, se obtuvo como resultado que en la mayoría de los casos los factores intrínsecos influyeron en el desempeño del grupo de trabajadores y que a pesar de la experiencia adquirida durante el primer año de trabajo, el grupo aún sigue estableciendo lazos y relaciones interpersonales por situaciones adversas que algunos resaltaron; así también estas situaciones delimitaron el comportamiento de los mismos durante el desarrollo de sus actividades	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The present case analysis was carried out in the company "Servicios y Transportes C. Ltda." Located in the north of the city of Guayaquil, with the objective of characterizing the employees' work performance in 2015 to strengthen the criteria of evaluation. The methodology used in this work had a qualitative approach, where three instruments were applied to collect data, such as semi-structured interview, open projective techniques such as the composition "The meaning of my life", "How is my performance at work" , "How is my workplace" and semi-open as "the ten desires", in addition to having the documentary review of the SWOT matrix, business performance evaluations and diagnosis of the organizational management administrative model that rested in the archives of the Company, in order to analyze the needs, character traits, aspirations, values, motivation, knowledge of the task, working conditions, compliance with the activities, job satisfaction and organizational communication that the employees possessed. Through the application of the instruments, it was obtained that in the majority of the cases the intrinsic factors influenced the performance of the group of workers and that despite the experience acquired during the first year of work, the group still continues establishing ties and interpersonal relationships for adverse situations that some highlighted; thus also these situations delimited the behavior of the same during the development of their activities	es_ES
