| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | The present study was carried out with the aim of evaluating the growth of the species Piaractus brachypomus under two different production systems, supplying it with 5% hydroponic soybean meal in its diet, using a completely randomized design with 3 groups (Treatment T1, Repeat T2 and Control T) in tanks and 2 groups (T1 and T) in ground pools. This investigation was carried out with 275 juvenile Cachama, distributed 25 in each tank and 100 in each pool, with an initial weight of 2.7g and an average size of 3.5cm, sampling in each tank (5 fish) and in each ground pool (15 fish), every 10 days during the 90 days of study, to measure statistical significance the Infostat software was used and by means of the Duncan test the analyses of the study variables were carried out by means of which high statistical significance was established for the variables weight, size and food conversion. At the end of the study, a daily growth rate of 2.52g(T1), 2.18g(T2), 1.79g(T) in tanks and 3.34g(T1), 2.88g(T) in pools was reported, with feed conversions between 1.73 and 3.20, with a mortality rate of 5%. Therefore, the use of vegetable-based meals such as soybean (HSH) in the fish diet is recommended to improve production parameters during the cultivation stage | es_ES |
