dc.description.abstract	En el desarrollo de este tema se consideró utilizar la investigación cuantitativa para el análisis realizado al Consorcio Puerto Limpio en el cual se observó debilidades en la comunicación entre departamentos, así como también en el ingreso y recepción de información para continuar con el proceso interno de registro. El objetivo del presente proyecto de titulación es implementar un manual de funciones en el área de operaciones lo que permitirá mejorar la productividad. El presente proyecto se diseñó con la finalidad de establecer la importancia de mantener una estructura ordenada, y permitiendo que el personal se comprometa con la entidad conociendo su lugar en la cadena productiva y considere su valor para la empresa Consorcio Puerto Limpio. A través de la encuesta realizada a los 12 colaboradores, se pudo comprobar que el personal del área de operaciones no tenía definido claramente sus funciones ni responsabilidades, estas falencias han provocado desorganización y los retrasos que a largo plazo recaían en multas. De igual manera se cuantificó los datos relacionados a la entrevista realizada al superintendente de operaciones de la empresa. Debido a esto se propone diseñar un manual de funciones para el área de operaciones que permita mejorar la productividad de los procesos y optimizar los recursos con los que cuenta la compañía.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	In the development of this topic, it was considered to use quantitative investigation for the analysis carried out at the Consorcio Puerto Limpio, in which weaknesses in communication between departments were observed, as well as in the receipt and receipt of information to continue with the internal registration process. The objective of the present titling project is to implement a manual of functions in the area of operations, which will improve productivity. The present project was designed with the purpose of establishing the importance of maintaining an orderly structure, at the same time allowing the personnel to commit with the entity knowing its place in the productive chain and consider its value for the company Consorcio Puerto Limpio. Through the survey carried out with the 12 collaborators, it was possible to verify that the personnel of the operations area had not to clear defined their functions or responsibilities, these shortcomings have caused disorganization and the delays that in the long term fell on fines. In the same way, the data related to the interview made to the company's operations superintendent was quantified. Due to this, it is proposed to design a manual of functions for the operations area that allows improving the productivity of the processes and optimizing the resources available to the company.	es_ES
