dc.description.abstract	En las enfermedades de transmisión vectorial, el rol comunitario es fundamental, si la transmisión se realiza por la picadura del mosquito y no de persona a persona, el aspecto cultural y educativo para controlar los hábitats de las larvas del mosquito Aedes aegypti es importante. En el Cantón La Concordia y parroquias la falta de infraestructura sanitaria obliga a recolectar agua en recipientes sin tapa adecuada y la falta de evacuación de escombros y basura en los patios y calles sectores suburbanos y urbanos, también juegan su papel. El marco metodológico de esta investigación es el estudio de caso del tipo cualitativo y se espera disminuir la densidad de vectores y reducir la incidencia de las enfermedades, a través de un cambio en el comportamiento del ciudadano logrando su empoderamiento con un rol activo en la lucha contra el mosquito, la educación para el conocimiento y participación en los comités de salud. Se espera una colaboración intersectorial sostenible con el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal, que se inicie un programa definitivo de evacuación de escombros, artefactos diversos y maleza, además de ser un nexo para tratar de influir en la toma de decisiones hasta lograr la implementación de la infraestructura sanitaria desde las comunidades más pequeñas hasta el Cantón en sus componentes urbano y suburbano.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	In vectorial disease transmission, the community role is essential, if the transmission is performed by the mosquito bite and not from person to person, the cultural and educational aspect to control the habitat of the larvae of the mosquito Aedes aegypti is important. La Concordia city and their parroquias, the lack of sanitary infrastructure requires to collect water in containers without proper lid and the lack of disposal of debris and garbage in the yards and streets suburban and urban sectors, also play its role. The methodological framework of this research is the case study of a qualitative kind and is expected to lower the density of vectors and reduce the incidence of diseases, through a change in the behavior of the citizens making their empowerment with an active role in the fight against the mosquito, education for the knowledge and participation in the health committees. It is expected a sustainable inter sectorial collaboration with the Government Decentralized Autonomous Municipal, you start a definitive program of evacuation of rubble, various artifacts and weeds, in addition to be a link to try to influence the decision-making to achieve the implementation of the health infrastructure from smaller communities until the city La Concordia in their urban and suburban components.
