Resumen
En toda empresa la parte organizativa, estratégica y operativa deben ir de la mano a fin de crear el ambiente propicio para el desarrollo de la misma; una empresa es el conjunto de áreas constituida por tres columnas (Finanzas, Operaciones y Marketing) que operan de manera integral, y su gestión debe ser medida por la productividad. Es necesario que las funciones, procedimientos, normativas, obligaciones y responsabilidades del personal administrativo y operativo del Tecnicentro, estén debidamente establecidos, la autoridad de un jefe sobre un número de subordinados estén claras en una organización. El Tecnicentro Grand Prix de la Ciudad de Guayaquil, es una empresa de servicios de mantenimiento y reparación automotriz dedicada al mantenimiento de los vehículos de personas particulares, no hay un modelo formal de una estructura organizacional que permita identificar las funciones de cada cargo en la empresa. El Tecnicentro debe adaptarse, a las exigencias operativas generadas por el crecimiento de mercado, mejoras tecnológicas o simplemente, las necesidades de la organización donde se desarrolle; a su vez debe vincularse de forma estrecha con el resto de las funciones elementales de la empresa. En el presente trabajo se ha desarrollado un Análisis de la Estructura Organizacional y la Rentabilidad que Presenta El Tecnicentro Grand Prix de la Ciudad de Guayaquil, aplicando un tipo de investigación de campo, de acuerdo a la estrategia de recolección de los datos acorde a la estrategia de análisis de información, la investigación es del tipo Documental-Descriptiva, y por ultimo Evaluativa.
In every company, the organizational, strategic and operational part must go hand in hand in order to create an environment conducive to the development of it; A company is the set of areas constituted by three columns (Finance, Operations and Marketing) that operate in an integral manner, and its management must be measured by productivity. It is necessary that the functions, procedures, regulations, obligations and responsibilities of the administrative and operational personnel of the Technician Center are duly established, the authority of a leader over a number of subordinates is clear in an organization. When authority and functions are only singled out, coordination among these activities is more difficult because lower managers do not have a definite authority, which causes confusion among employees because they do not know who they own A legitimate authority over subordinates. The Grouping of Strategic Concepts (mission, vision, tactics, objectives and values) are clearly formulated and identified in the company in order to understand the reason for existing of the organization, the customers. The Tecnicentro Grand Prix of the City of Guayaquil is an automotive maintenance and repair service dedicated to the maintenance of private individuals vehicles, there is no formal model of an organizational structure that allows identifying the functions of each position in the company . The Tecnicentro must adapt to the operational demands generated by market growth, technological improvements or simply the needs of the organization where it is developed; In turn must be linked closely with the rest of the elementary functions of the company. The project makes reference to the solutions of the organizational problems of the company, also makes it necessary to develop a plan of optimization of times and resources employed by the company for the correct maintenance and repair of the vehicles. This project is of great importance for the company, since it will allow the subsequent understanding of the order, assigning in a formal way defined tasks to the administrative and operative personnel for the good understanding of the distribution of attributions and relations between the positions and positions of the same. Likewise, the optimization of the operative part of the company will provide great advances, since it will inevitably improve production capacity and reduce costs by implementing new processes that optimize time and resources. In the present work an Analysis of the Organizational Structure and Profitability presented by the Tecnicentro Grand Prix of the City of Guayaquil has been developed, applying a type of field research, according to the strategy of data collection according to the strategy Of information analysis, the research is of the Documentary-Descriptive type, and finally Evaluative.
