Resumen
El proyecto analiza el problema de la baja aceptación de la oferta
educativa en el colegio Dr. Emiliano Crespo Toral. Situación que se
ha agravado desde la década del noventa, y en la actualidad tiene
como resultado que en la Especialización de Explotaciones
Agrícolas sólo existen cuatro estudiantes. Como posibles causas,
se señala la escasa demanda de mano de obra, el auge del turismo
creciente en la zona que ofrece expectativas de desarrollo
inmediato.. El objetivo de este proyecto es diseñar un Bachillerato en Hotelería
Especialización Alojamiento, que le permita al egresado formar parte de la fuerza
laboral y también procurar lograr niveles de calidad en el conocimiento de las
ciencias que requiere cada especialización para que los bachilleres puedan
comenzar con éxito su educación a nivel superior. Los contenidos del marco
teórico se refieren a la Educación Técnica y profesional, sus aportes, el Estado y
la Educación Técnica, el Sector Productivo, el Bachillerato técnico, lineamientos
curriculares,. La metodología como parte operativa que nos permitirá conocer
con claridad la realidad para lo cual se apoyará en una investigación de campo y
de proyecto factible. El tipo de investigación será descriptivo relacionado con las
innovaciones que se implementarán en el colegio Dr. Emiliano Crespo Toral con
una población de 150 alumnos. Los beneficiarios de esta oferta educativa serán
los estudiantes al recibir la requerida formación profesional para convertirse en
los mejores facilitadores de la productividad y enriquecimiento técnico y
tecnológico. La propuesta es un proyecto factible, operativo y viable, que se
constituye en una alternativa de solución para los/las estudiantes y aquellos que
deseen ingresara él al aceptar esta propuesta, ante la insuficiente cobertura de
Bachillerato en actividades relacionado con el turismo en la zona de Olón y la
Península de Santa Elena.

The objective of this project is to design a High school in Hotel trade Specialization Lodging that allow to the graduate to be part of the labor force and also to try to achieve levels of quality in the knowledge of the sciences that require each specialization so that the high schools can begin with success your education at superior level. The contents of the theoretical mark refer to the Technical and professional Education, your contributions, the State and the Technical Education, the Productive Sector, the technical High school, curricular limits. The methodology like operative part that it will allow us to know with clarity the reality for that which will rely on a field investigation and of feasible project. The investigation type will be descriptive related with the innovations that you/they will be implemented in the school Dr. Emiliano Crespo Toral with a population of 150 students. The beneficiaries of this educational offer will be the students when receiving the professional required formation to transform into the best facilitators in the productivity and technical and technological enrichment. The proposal is a feasible, operative and viable project that are constituted in a solution alternative for the students and those that want he entered when accepting this proposal, before the insufficient covering of High school in activities related with the tourism in the area of Olon and Santa Elena's Peninsula.
