dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de esta investigación, fue determinar la prevalencia de los síndromes de Fatiga por Compasión y Burnout en el personal operativo del ECU911 de la zona 8, a su vez caracterizar las dimensiones de cada uno de estos síndromes y finalmente relacionar la prevalencia de cada uno con las principales variables sociodemográficas. Para el presente trabajo, se realizó un estudio descriptivo de corte cuantitativo de la prevalencia del síndrome de Fatiga por Compasión y Burnout, en el personal de Call center y video del ECU911. La totalidad de los trabajadores del área operativa participo en este estudio, un número de 154, de ellos eran 49 mujeres, representando un 31,8% y 78 hombres, equivalente al 68,2%. Los trabajadores respondieron de manera voluntaria, mediante consentimiento informado, el MBI y el ProQOL -vIV. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que la prevalencia de la Fatiga por Compasión es del 17,5% equivalente a 27 casos y la presencia de Burnout es del 18,8% que constituye 29 casos. Adicional a lo expuesto el 35,7% manifestó que su actual trabajo está afectando directamente a su estado de saludes_ES
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research was to determine the prevalence of fatigue syndromes by compassion and Burnout in the operative staff of ECU911 in zone 8, in turn characterize the dimensions of each of these syndromes and finally relate the prevalence of each one with the main socio-demographic variables. For this work, we conducted a descriptive study of quantitative cutting of the prevalence of fatigue syndrome for compassion and Burnout, in the staff of Call Center and video of the ECU911. All the workers in the operating area participated in this study, a number of 154, of them were 49 women, representing 31.8% and 78 men, equivalent to 68.2%. The workers responded voluntarily, through informed consent, the MBI and ProQOL-VIV. The results showed that the prevalence of fatigue by compassion is 17.5% equivalent to 27 cases and the presence of Burnout is 18.8% which constitutes 29 cases. In addition to the above 35.7% stated that their current work is directly affecting their state of healthes_ES
