dc.description.abstractEl trabajo que se presenta a continuación fue realizado en la ciudad de Guayaquil en una fundación que brinda servicios de asistencia social, la cual tiene varios centros subordinados que se especializan en los diferentes planes que ejecutan como fundación matriz, la metodología utilizada para la ejecución de las actividades fue dada a través del proceso de sistematización de prácticas, la cual consta de 3 fases : 1) la fase de Observación en la cual relatamos aspectos relevantes sobre lo que aconteció de forma cronológica y las ventajas y desventajas encontradas, 2) Aplicación de Técnicas y Herramientas, se describe las herramientas utilizadas, su función y la manera en cómo se procedió tomar dichos instrumentos a nuestra población del centro asignado, en nuestro trabajo se emplearon el Cuestionario de McClelland, el cual indaga en el perfil motivacional de acuerdo a tres dimensiones: afiliación, poder y logro; y la encuesta de Factores de Riesgo Psicosociales de G. Bocanument y N. Berján, 3) Interpretación de Resultados, aquí se realiza la tabulación de resultados y se analizan los mismos que serán parte de nuestra conclusión. De esta manera nos insertamos en uno de los centros que ellos conducen, los resultados obtenidos nos permitieron analizar que las teorías planteadas por nuestro tema "la motivación y su relación con el sistema de trabajo", se logra describir el proceso de motivación y la relación que esta mantiene con el sistema de trabajo del centro, afirmando lo que indica el marco teórico, y dando como primordial conclusión que los sujetos poseen una orientación motivacional que está regida por la filiación, de igual forma se brindan conclusiones del caso y las respectivas recomendaciones para mejorar los sistemas de trabajo entre los colaboradores en general quienes fueron los protagonistas de este trabajoes_ES
dc.description.abstractThe work presented below was carried out in the city of Guayaquil in a foundation that provides social assistance services, which has several subordinate centers that specialize in the different plans that execute as a parent foundation, the methodology used for the execution of the activities were given through the process of systematization of practices, which consists of 3 phases: 1) the observation phase in which we relate relevant aspects of what happened chronologically and the advantages and disadvantages found, 2) Application of Techniques and Tools, describes the tools used, their function and the way in which said instruments were taken to our population of the assigned center, in our work the McClelland Questionnaire was used, which investigates the motivational profile according to three dimensions: affiliation, power and achievement; and the survey of Psychosocial Risk Factors of G. Bocanument and N. Berján, 3) Interpretation of Results, tabulation of results is done here and the same ones that will be part of our conclusion are analyzed. In this way we insert ourselves in one of the centers that they lead, the results obtained allowed us to analyze that the theories raised by our theme "motivation and its relation with the work system", it is possible to describe the process of motivation and the relationship which is maintained by the work system of the center, affirming what the theoretical framework indicates, and giving as a primary conclusion that the subjects have a motivational orientation that is governed by the filiation, likewise provide conclusions of the case and the respective recommendations to improve the work systems among the collaborators in general who were the protagonists of this workes_ES
