dc.description.abstract	La ciudad de Guayaquil es conocida como la capital económica del Ecuador, esto se lo refleja en el sector comercial donde se realizan innumerables transacciones comerciales como la Bahía de Guayaquil, sitio que se encuentra poblado de emprendedores que día a día luchan por subsistir y despuntar como emprendedores exitosos. El objetivo del proyecto fue determinar los factores y motivaciones que impulsan el deseo por alcanzar el éxito. En la metodológica se establece un enfoque descriptivo-correlacional, se utilizó como técnicas de recopilación de información encuestas y entrevistas, los resultados obtenidos de dichas técnicas fueron contrastados y luego comparados con los presentados por el informe GEM Ecuador del año 2017. Finalmente, en el informe de resultados comparativos se detalla que las oportunidades, la formación, educación empresarial, el financiamiento por entidades públicas o privadas, infraestructura física y la vocación acompañados de espíritu emprendedor son factores que impulsan de gran forma al desarrollo y a alcanzar el éxito de los emprendedores. Se sugiere analizar el impacto que tienen las políticas gubernamentales, el apoyo financiero, la migración, la dinámica y apertura de mercado en la actividad emprendedora en la Bahía de Guayaquil y demás sectores comerciales de la ciudad de Guayaquil.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The city of Guayaquil is known as the economic capital of Ecuador, this is reflected in the commercial sector where innumerable commercial transactions are carried out such as the Bay of Guayaquil, site that is populated with entrepreneurs who day by day struggle to survive and stand out as successful entrepreneurs. The objective of the project was to determine the factors and motivations that drive the desire to achieve success. In the methodology, a descriptive-correlational approach is established, surveys and interviews are established as information gathering techniques, the results of the specific techniques were verified and then compared with the reports by the GEM Ecuador report of 2017. Finally, in the Comparative results report details that opportunities, training, business education, financing by public or private entities, physical infrastructure and vocation accompanied by entrepreneurial spirit are factors that greatly boost development and achieve the success of entrepreneurs. The negative impact of government policies, lack of financial support, migration, dynamics and the opening of the market in entrepreneurial activity in the Bay of Guayaquil and other commercial sectors of the city of Guayaquil were analyzed.	es_ES
