dc.description.abstract	El propósito del presente proyecto es brindar una guía de migración que puede ser tomado como referencia técnica para un proveedor de servicios de internet, que actualmente cuente con una red convencional capa 2, y este analizando técnicamente la migración a una tecnología moderna como lo es MPLS. Donde fue necesario realizar un estudio de la red que actualmente se tiene descubriendo las falencias que conllevan y los beneficios que trae consigo el contar con una red MPLS, se establece un marco teórico que describe los fundamentos de MPLS como las ventajas y los nuevos servicios que se pueden prestar con MPLS, el trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis de la red capa 2, estudiar los beneficios de migrar a una red MPLS y el proveer una guía de migración que muestre los pasos a seguir para que se lleve a cabo el proceso de manera efectiva, la modalidad de investigación que se utilizó es de proyecto factible con preguntas a contestarse, siendo los informantes claves 4 expertos en el campo de redes aplicándoles respectivamente entrevistas. Las variables de investigación son la migración utilizando MPLS y la red convencional, la propuesta de una guía de migración enfocada a un proveedores de Servicio de Internet que cuentan con una red convencional de capa 2 donde se presenta limitaciones de servicios y nuevos usuarios, así mismo se considera que la guía brindará los parámetros necesarios para la migración ayudando de esta manera a brindar un mejor servicio a sus clientes.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this project is to provide a guide to migration which can be taken as a technical reference for a provider of internet services, which currently has a conventional network layer 2, and technically this analyzing migration to a modern technology such as MPLS. Where it was necessary to conduct a study of the network that are currently discovering the flaws that lead and the benefits it brings with it the provision of an MPLS network, establishing a theoretical framework describing the basics of MPLS as the benefits and new services that can be provided with MPLS, the work aims to carry out an analysis of the network layer 2 study the benefits of migrating to an MPLS network and providing a migration guide that shows the steps to be followed so that the process is carried out effectively, the mode of research used is feasible project with questions to answer, being the key informants 4 experts in the field of networks by applying respectively interviews. Research variables are the migration using MPLS and the conventional network, the proposal for a migration guide focused on a provider of Internet service who have a conventional network layer 2 where limitations of services and new users, likewise considered that guide will provide the parameters required for migration in this way helping to provide a better service to its customers.	es_ES
