dc.description.abstract	En la actualidad varias empresas utilizan la tecnología de Inteligencia de Negocios para una mejor visibilidad de su negocio y mejorar el manejo de sus resultados, estas herramientas son de mucha ayuda para detectar problemas y saber hacia dónde dirigir su respectiva solución. En el HUG se crean reportes periódicamente de manera manual para analizar sus datos lo que involucraba inversión de muchos recursos, es por esta razón se encuentra la necesidad de implementar dicha tecnología que les permita crear reportes estadísticos basados en su base de datos y de esta manera tener un mejor análisis de su información con mayor precisión y que a la vez sean de mucha ayuda para los funcionarios del establecimiento. En este estudio se ha realizado una investigación descriptiva y de campo en el cual se hizo una visita al hospital para conocer sus instalaciones, está basado en la recopilación de datos del HUG en SQL Server R2 en el periodo de 2005 al 2013 y en herramientas básicas como Excel y Tableau Public para las cuales no es necesario ser un experto en informática para poder crear los reportes. Con este estudio se busca impulsar a las instituciones médicas que utilicen este tipo de tecnología que nos brinda la facilidad de crear reportes estadísticos con gráficos con una vista amigable y de gran aporte para mejorar el análisis de sus datos y la toma de decisiones.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	As of the present moment several companies utilize business intelligence technology for a better visibility of their business and improving the handling of his results, these tools are of a lot of help to detect problems and knowledge where to direct their respective solution. Reports create of manual way to examine his data what investment of many resources was implicating periodically in the HUG, he is for this reason you find the need to implement the aforementioned technology that permit them to create statistical reports based in his base of data and this way having a better analysis of his information that at the same time they be with bigger precision and of a lot of help for the officials of the establishment. A descriptive and field investigation which a visit to the hospital to know his installations, was done in has accomplished itself in this study Server R2 in the period is based in the compilation of data of the HUG in SQL of 2005 to the 2013 and in basic tools like Excel and Tableau Public which it is not necessary to be an expert on information technology to be able to create reports for. It is attempted to encourage the medical institutions with this study that they utilize this type of technology that offers us the facility to create statistical reports with graphics with a friendly sight of great contribution and for the better the analysis of his data and the overtaking.	es_ES
