dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto es una herramienta informática que permitirá optimizar el control y administración del inventario de la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas de la Universidad de Guayaquil, así como también el movimiento físico de los activos fijos, a través del seguimiento de los mismos y así de esta forma conocer la ubicación y el uso que se le está dando en cada una de las 5 Escuelas de la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas de la Universidad de Guayaquil ya que actualmente el registro de los movimientos de los activos fijos se lo lleva de manera manual por lo que no se puede tener información rápida sobre la ubicación del bien. El sistema aparte de tener la facilidad de saber la ubicación de los activos, también podrá permitir al encargado, de cada una de las 5 escuelas, de la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas, hacer su pedido mediante una aplicación web y a su vez el encargado de la bodega principal de la facultad podrá hacer el despacho del mismo teniendo una mejor administración y control en el inventario. Adicionalmente el sistema incluirá un módulo para el área del Centro de Atención de Enfermería CAE de la Escuela de Enfermería de la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas donde permitirá controlar la administración de los medicamentos e insumos que se utilizan en el área. La metodología que se usó para esta investigación es la de campo ya que se realizó en el lugar donde ocurrieron los acontecimientos para conocer los problemas en el proceso del inventario.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This project is a tool that will optimize the control and inventory management of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the University of Guayaquil, as well as the physical movement of fixed assets, through monitoring of the same and so in this way the location and use that is being given in each of the five schools of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the University of Guayaquil as currently recording the movements of fixed assets takes it manually so you can not have rapid information on the location of the property. The system apart from having the facility to know the location of assets, will also enable the manager of each of the five schools, Faculty of Medical Sciences, ordering via a web application and in turn responsible for the main warehouse faculty can do the same office having better management and inventory control. Additionally, the system includes a module for the area of Nursing Care Center CAE School of Nursing, Faculty of Medical Sciences where he will control the administration of medicines and supplies that are used in the area.
