Resumen
Actualmente en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Pedro Carbo, la atención brindada a los habitantes que acuden a reportar incidentes del servicio públicos al personal administrativo de turno se lo realiza de forma improvisada, no se lleva registros de los incidentes denunciados por la ciudadanía de este cantón, lo cual no permite llevar un control correcto y organizado de las atenciones brindadas por parte de la institución. Para efecto resolutivo a las problemáticas que existen, el objetivo del proyecto es el desarrollo de un sistema web y aplicativo móvil para la gestión de incidentes del servicio público mediante tecnologías open source. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se utilizó la metodología incremental, el cual permitió mostrar avances del software a los interesados del proyecto, además de permitir realizar modificaciones para cumplir mejor las necesidades del cliente. El sistema web y la aplicación móvil serán de gran utilidad para el personal administrativo de los diferentes departamentos y los habitantes del cantón en la gestión de incidentes de los servicios públicos que brinda el GAD Municipal. Se llegó a la conclusión de que el sistema web y móvil permitirá llevar un control en el proceso de gestión de incidentes con lo cual se facilitará la recepción y almacenamiento así como el seguimiento y solución que le diera el personal encargado
Currently in the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of the Canton of Pedro Carbo, the attention given to the inhabitants who come to report incidents of public service to the administrative staff on duty is done improvised, does not keep records of incidents reported by the public of this canton, which does not allow to keep a correct and organized control of the attentions provided by the institution. For resolutive effect to the problems that exist, the objective of the project is the development of a web and mobile application system for the management of public service incidents through open source technologies. For the development of the project the incremental methodology was used, which allowed to show advances of the software to the interested parties of the project, besides allowing to make modifications to better meet the needs of the client. The web system and the mobile application will be very useful for the administrative staff of th e different departments and the inhabitants of the canton in the management of incidents of public services provided by the Municipal GAD. It was concluded that the web and mobile system will allow to control the incident management process, which will facilitate the reception and storage as well as the follow-up and solution given by the personnel in charge.
