dc.description.abstractEl objetivo principal del presente trabajo es desarrollar una propuesta arquitectónica dirigida a la población de la zona urbana del Cantón La Libertad, el mismo que está ubicado al Oeste de la Provincia de Santa Elena, debido a una falta de equipamiento comunitarios, que permita desarrollar la comunicación e integración vecinal, surge la necesidad del estudio y diseño de un Centro Comunitario incorporando un CIBV (Centro Infantil del Buen Vivir), para lo cual se determina 8 barrios que se encuentran dentro de un polígono (como Suinli, Sur Suinli, Nueva Esperanza, Girasoles, Sinaí, San Sebastián, Costa Azul y Jaime Nebot), que delimita el área de intervención y población a ser servida, éstos barrios se definieron sectores marginales. Se analiza la posibilidad de crear espacios donde se pueda impartir charlas, capacitaciones, realizar actividades deportivas y culturales que mejore el desarrollo del sector; la implementación del CIBV (Centro Infantil del Buen Vivir) será un aporte para las personas trabajadoras que no dispongan del tiempo necesario en el cuidado de sus hijos, logrando mejorar el desarrollo de las destrezas psicomotrices infantiles en dicho lugar. Se procurará utilizar principios de arquitectura bioclimáticos, para optimizar los recursos al momento de generar confort en los espacios proyectados.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this work is to develop an architectural proposal leaded to the urban population of Canton La Libertad, which is located at west of the Province of Santa Elena, that allows to incentivize communication and neighborhood integration, arises the need for study and design of a Community Center that incorporates a CCGL, for which it determinates 8 neighborhoods located within a polygon (such as Suinli, Sur Suinli, Nueva Esperanza, Girasoles, Sinaí, San Sebastián, Costa Azul and Jaime Nebot), that defines the area of intervention and the population to be served, the neighborhoods are defined as marginal sectors. It is analyzed the possibility of creating spaces where it can be impart talks, training, sports and cultural activities that improve the development of the sector; the implementation of the CCGL (Child Center of Good Living) is a briefcase for working people who do not have the necessary time for the care of their children, achieving to thrive the children's psychomotor skills in that place. Efforts will be made to use bioclimatic architecture principles to optimize resources at the moment of generating comfort in the designed spaces.es_ES
