Resumen
RESUMEN
El objetivo del presente proyecto es el de fortalecer los procesos de aprendizajes de los
docente del Instituto Tecnológico Superior Guayaquil, debido al gran porcentaje de bajo
rendimiento académico que presentan las estudiantes por falta de un aprendizaje
actualizado y para obtener un mejor rendimiento sea realizado esta investigación, su
importancia radica en el conocimiento de estrategias innovadoras que fortalecerán los
procesos de aprendizaje de los docentes y lograr un mejor rendimiento académico de
los/as estudiantes. En el marco teórico sobresalen temas como los antecedentes de
estudio, las orientaciones filosóficas, pedagógicas y sociales para fundamentar la
investigación y las definiciones conceptuales que constituyen los términos básicos para
realizar la investigación, tales como aprendizajes, el aprendizaje significativo, modelos
pedagógicos, actitud para el aprendizaje de estrategias cognitivas y metacognitivas para
aprender-aprender, rendimiento académico, factores que influyen en el rendimiento
académico. El propósito del estudio es analizar qué tipo de estrategia de aprendizaje se
emplea en el Instituto Tecnológico Superior Guayaquil en los procesos de formación de
los estudiantes y proponer la implementación de la guía de estrategias innovadoras para
fortalecer los procesos de aprendizajes de los docentes. La modalidad de la
investigación es un proyecto factible y está dirigido a una población de 190 docentes y
10 directivos y para ello se ha realizado el trabajo de campo a través de observaciones,
encuestas y entrevistas. Los resultados evidenciaron la necesidad de fortalecer los
aprendizajes. Este trabajo de investigación es importante porque tanto docentes como
estudiantes desarrollaran pensamiento estratégico para llegar a ser aprendices
permanentes y autónomos que regulen sus propios aprendizajes, donde todos tienen
algo que aprender, y algo que enseñar. Los que se beneficiarán con la investigación son
los estudiantes, docentes y toda la comunidad para lograr el cambio social propuesto
que adquirirá mayor relevancia en su contexto
The aim of this project is to strengthen the processes of learning for teachers of Higher Technological Institute Guayaquil, due to the large percentage of low academic achievement presented by the students for lack of an updated learning and better performance in them we have developed this research. The importance of this lies in the innovative strategies that will strengthen the learning processes of teachers and achieve better academic performance of students. The theoretical framework themes stand out as the background of study, philosophical orientation, educational and social support of research and conceptual definitions which are the basic terms for research and learning, significant learning, pedagogical models, learning attitude cognitive and metacognitive strategies for learning- learning, academic performance, factors affecting academic performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze what type of learning strategy used in the Guayaquil Higher Technological Institute in the process of training students and to propose the implementation of the guidance of innovative strategies to strengthen the processes of learning for teachers. The method of research is a feasible project is aimed at a population of 190 teachers and 10 directors and this has made the field work through observations, surveys and interviews. The results showed the need to strengthen learning. This research is important because both teachers and students develop strategic thinking to become lifelong learners and self- regulating their own learning, where everyone has something to learn and something to teach.
