dc.description.abstract	Dentro de esta investigación podemos claramente observar el potencial que tienen nuestros trabajadores artesanales pero a su vez nos damos cuenta del apoyo que necesitan para poder mejorar su nivel de productividad y competitividad y así llevar el trabajo realizado a nuevos mercados siendo ese el objetivo, haciendo conocer sus productos mediante uso de herramientas tecnológicas que se presentan en la actualidad como lo son las redes sociales de las cuales hablamos a lo largo de nuestro trabajo investigativo. Este trabajo fue realizado mediante trabajo de campo conociendo por parte de los protagonistas el día a día de su actividad laboral llegando al centro de la problemática como en este caso es la baja competitividad, productividad falta de apoyo para los artesanos del sector al momento de llevar sus productos fabricados a nuevos mercados debido al sedentarismo de estos artesanos tienen una capacidad productiva y de venta muy limitadas.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Within this research we can clearly see the potential of our craft workers but at the same time we realize the support they need to improve their productivity and competitiveness and thus carry the work to new markets feel that the objective, making known their products through the use of technological tools that occur today as they are the social networks of which we speak along our investigative work. This research work was carried out by means of field work knowing by the protagonists that every day of their working activity reaching the center of the problem as it is in this case the low competitiveness, productivity, lack of support for the craftsmen of the sector at the time bring their products to new markets because of the sedentary lifestyle of these artisans have a productive capacity or of very limited sale	es_ES
