dc.description.abstract	La sociedad actualmente no valora ni respeta la importancia que tienen los animales de la casa, la calle y los abandonados, la manera en que son vistos por muchas personas es el motivo de la creación del manual, que se encargará de impartir información puntual relacionada a la problemática. Se implementará un manual didáctico, para comunicar a las personas, como pueden ayudar a los animales y así llegar a la etapa de concienciación y poder tener un futuro prometedor para las siguientes generaciones. La delimitación de la problemática que afecta el entorno social, tiene como víctima principal a los animales, sin importar tamaño, raza o estado de salud, ya que para muchos seres humanos esto solo es algo sin relevancia. En el marco teórico se detallan citas importantes de varios autores, se describe la importancia del animal con los seres humanos, el aprender las reglas y penalizaciones que existen si se les hace daño a las mascotas. Una vez tabulados los resultados, producto de la investigación a la hora de realizar la encuesta, en la cual se detallarán con exactitud lo que opina la ciudadanía sobre el entorno animal y todo el tema que los rodea, se realizará el manual, que desarrollará una serie de pasos para ayudar al animal que lo necesita, y a la persona que quiere ser parte del cambio.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Society currently does not value or respect the importance of the animals of the house, the street and the abandoned, the way they are seen by many people is the reason for the creation of the manual, which will be responsible for imparting information related to the problem. A didactic manual will be implemented, to communicate to the people, how they can help the animals and thus reach the stage of awareness and to have a promising future for the next generations. The delimitation of the problematic that affects the social environment, has as main victim to the animals, regardless of size, race or state of health, since for many humans this is only something without relevance. The theoretical framework details important quotes from various authors, describes the importance of the animal with humans, learning the rules and penalties that exist if they harm their pets. Once tabulated the results, product of the research at the time of the survey, which will accurately detail what citizens think about the animal environment and the whole subject that surrounds them, the manual will be developed, which will develop a Series of steps to help the animal that needs it, and the person who wants to be part of the change.	es_ES
