dc.description.abstract	Las condiciones de confort higrotérmico que brindan las viviendas de una planta que construye el estado en los programas habitacionales Socio Vivienda 1 y 2 en la ciudad de Guayaquil motivaron al autor a desarrollar una propuesta de vivienda que mejore las condiciones de habitabilidad y confort a las familias que las habitan y que a su vez contribuya al ahorro energético al no demandar de manera permanente el uso de energía para ventilar o climatizar cada ambiente ocupado, contribuyendo al ahorro de las familias y al estado que subsidia esta energía. Para esto se encuestó a varias familias que habitan estas viviendas, procurando llegar a través de amistad o recomendaciones y así poder con la confianza del caso conocer sin temor por alguna respuesta la realidad y el verdadero sentir de cada una de ellas, con esta información más normativas, convenios, acuerdo que regulan el buen vivir y los derechos de la naturaleza planteé el proceso metodológico causal a través de objetivos claros para determinar las causas que originan el problema y su posible solución. Para la propuesta, por experiencia propia, consultas a profesionales, páginas web, artículos científicos, libros, revistas y demás medios, contextualice la misma identificando los materiales que se ofertan en el medio y sus aprobación, para así viabilizar su aplicación en futuros proyectos.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The hygrothermal comfort conditions offered by the dwellings of a plant built by the government in the housing programs Socio Vivienda 1 and 2 in the city of Guayaquil motivated the author to develop a housing proposal that improves the living and comfort conditions of the inhabiting families, and contributes to energy saving by not demanding the permanent use of energy to aerate or air-condition each occupied room, contributing to the savings of families and the goverment, which subsidizes such energy. For this, several families living in these housings were surveyed, attempting to reach them through friendship or recommendations; and hence, with the confidence of the case, be able to know without fear for an answer, the reality and the true feelings of each of them. With this information, plus regulations, arrangements and agreements that regulate the good living and the rights of nature, I proposed the causal methodological process through clear objectives, in order to determine the causes of the problem and its possible solution. For the proposal, by personal experience, professional consultation, web pages, scientific articles, books, magazines, and other media, I contextualized it, identifying the materials available in the market and their approval, thus enabling their application in future projects.	es_ES
