| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo está basado en el fortalecimiento de la calidad del servicio en la Delegación Provincial de los Ríos del Consejo Nacional Electoral, debido a que no cuenta con la infraestructura mínima necesaria y el personal que presta el servicio no se encuentra capacitado en técnicas de satisfacción al usuario. En virtud de que la prestación de servicios al ciudadano es la razón de ser del CNE y que la participación ciudadana se ha incrementado durante los últimos años, es necesario realizar cambios en la calidad del servicio de atención y en los espacios designados para sus fines, de manera que esto pueda garantizar y dar respuestas efectivas a las necesidades de la ciudadanía. Por lo anterior señalado, se requiere la implementación de acciones que permitan mejorar tanto los espacios de atención, como el desarrollo de las capacidades y habilidades técnicas para la solución efectiva de requerimientos de la ciudadanía. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This work is based on strengthening the quality of service in the Los Ríos Provincial Subdivision of the National Electoral Council because it does not have the minimum infrastructure, and the staff providing the service is not trained in techniques of user’s satisfaction. Due to the fact that the furnishing of services to citizens is the “raison d’etre” of de CNE and that citizen participation has increased in recent years, it is necessary to make changes in the quality of service and in then spaces designated for those purposes, so it could guarantee and give effective responses to the needs of citizens. For the above stated, it is required the implementation of actions to improve both the care areas and the technical skills as to bring an effective solution to the citizen’s requests. | es_ES |
