SISTEMATIZACIÓN DEL PROYECTO ORGANIZACIONAL: “SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL DEL PERSONAL DE ENFERMERÍA Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA ATENCIÓN A LOS PACIENTES DEL ÁREA DE CONSULTA EXTERNA DEL HOSPITAL DE DOCENCIA DE LA POLICÍA NACIONAL DE GUAYAQUIL NO. 2 DEL AÑO 2015”

Resumen
El presente trabajo fue sobre la sistematización del proyecto organizacional “Satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería y su incidencia en la atención a los pacientes del área de consulta externa en el 2015” realizado durante las prácticas pre-profesionales en el Hospital de Docencia de la Policía Nacional de Guayaquil No. 2. La sistematización del proyecto tiene por objetivo establecer pautas para mejorar la elaboración de las conclusiones diagnósticas del trabajo de investigación, debido a que los niveles de satisfacción no tenían relación con el tema planteado al inicio, por tal motivo se decidió basar la sistematización en la pregunta eje ¿Por qué no existe coherencia entre el planteamiento del problema y las conclusiones diagnósticas del proyecto? La metodología aplicada fue cualitativa ya que busca comprender a profundidad la experiencia, y la sistematización se fundamentó en el enfoque de reflexividad y construcción de la experiencia humana, basada en el análisis de la experiencia vivida. Mediante las lecciones aprendidas se identificaron los factores de análisis en la elaboración del problema, también se identificaron las omisiones al momento de elaborar las conclusiones del proyecto, las limitaciones por tiempo y los desaciertos ocurridos en las diferentes etapas del trabajo. Considerando estos aspectos, se pretendió que el trabajo de sistematización pueda ser utilizado como guía en la elaboración de futuros proyectos, con el propósito que se logre investigar de manera eficaz el problema de estudio deseado evitando omisiones en su proceso.
The present work was about the systematization of the organizational project "Work satisfaction of the nursing staff and its incidence in the care of patients in the outpatient area in 2015" carried out during the pre-professional practices in the Teaching Hospital of the Police Nacional de Guayaquil No. 2. The purpose of the systematization of the project is to establish guidelines to improve the elaboration of the diagnostic conclusions of the research work, since the levels of satisfaction were not related to the issue raised at the beginning, for this reason decided to base the systematization on the axis question. Why is there no coherence between the approach of the problem and the diagnostic conclusions of the project? The applied methodology was qualitative since it seeks to understand the experience in depth, and the systematization was based on the approach of reflexivity and construction of human experience, based on the analysis of lived experience. Through the lessons learned, the factors of analysis in the elaboration of the problem were identified, the omissions were also identified at the moment of elaborating the conclusions of the project, the limitations for time and the failures that occurred in the different stages of the work. Considering these aspects, it was intended that the systematization work could be used as a guide in the elaboration of future projects, in order to achieve an efficient investigation of the desired study problem, avoiding omissions in the process.
