| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de titulación “Mejora del proceso de compras en Reciclajes Internacionales Recynter S.A.”, se enfoca exclusivamente en el área de compras-bodega, porque en esta área se realizan las actividades de recepción y clasificación de los diferentes metales no ferrosos, luego de pasar por el proceso de pesaje en la báscula camionera, considerando que se busca realizar un estudio del efecto que causa la falencia por el manejo en la alimentación y valorización de los inventarios, afectando los costos de operación en la empresa. Mediante el análisis del proceso de recepción y clasificación actual se propone implementar un nuevo sistema, con la finalidad de optimizar y agilitar la gestión de control en la alimentación de los inventarios. Esta investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, para recopilar la información que respalde la misma se realizó una investigación bibliográfica y de campo que involucró a representantes de diferentes departamentos de la compañía mediante encuestas, entrevistas y técnicas de observación, con las cuales se pudo conocer, describir, analizar e interpretar como se cumplen los procesos de recepción, clasificación y alimentación de inventarios, obteniendo la información necesaria para realizar el nuevo sistema de control para la empresa. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work of titration "Improvement of the process of purchases in Reciclajes Internacionales Recynter S.A.", focuses exclusively in the area of purchases-warehouse, because in this area the activities of reception and classification of the different non-ferrous metals are carried out, after going through the weighing process on the truck scale, considering that we are looking to carry out a study of the effect caused by the failure due to handling in the feed and valuation of the inventories, affecting the operating costs in the company. Through the analysis of the current reception and classification process, it is proposed to implement a new system, with the purpose of optimizing and streamlining the management of control in the feeding of inventories. This research has a qualitative approach, to gather the information that supports it, a bibliographical and field research is carried out that involves representatives of different departments of the survey, interviews and observation techniques, with which it was possible to know, describe, analyze and interpret how the processes of reception, classification and supply of inventories are fulfilled, obtaining the necessary information to carry out the new control system for the company. | es_ES |
