This research study conducted at the Hospital of the National Police No. 2, refers to an internal problem from the institution of the National Police, due to increased motorcycle accidents by this servers entity, which was obtained through a bibliographic and observational descriptive and analytical, not experimental study through information gathered from scientific papers and the medical records N° 008, in order to investigate the incidence, cause and type of motorcycle accident trauma, with correlation of relevant variables, information provided by police servers patients who attended the Police Hospital No. 2 from January to June 2016. This allowed an analysis of results with the results found in the tab 008, facilitating important features which must intervene with the strategic plan. The methodology used was the quantitative, with an intentional non-probabilistic sampling 133 patients. Which showed an average age of 29 years old, lesions mainly in the lower extremities of 43%, produced mainly by falls with 90%. The Kolmogrov test with a p value <0.05 indicated an anormal distribution of the data, we accepted Ho in the independence of the variables form of traffic accident and type of injury or fracture with a p value in the chi square of 0.345 and in the Pearson Coefficient test of -0.192. To solve this problem, the implementation of strategic plan to make aware and rights and duties proposed servers of the National Police.
