dc.description.abstract	Este trabajo de investigación académica fue desarrollado tomando como base la mejora del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional que la empresa Naportec S.A. mantiene, la misma que cuenta con un sistema que se lo implementó en el año 2011 y que al presente se han venido observando ciertas debilidades que están trayendo como consecuencia algunos accidentes e incidentes de tipo (denunciar qué tipo o en cuál área) laboral. Para iniciar esta investigación se procedió a desarrollar un diagnóstico del sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud (Ocupacional?) (SGSS) en base a la resolución CD 333, cuyos procesos permiten identificar los problemas que mantienen los varios elementos de la Gestión Técnica. Cada Requisito Técnico Legal (RTL) identificado ha presentado problemas en su desarrollo, siendo una de sus causas raíces el análisis de riesgo, que se basa en la metodología puntual la que nos permite evidenciar cada uno de los factores de riesgo que involucra la actividad portuaria. En la nueva propuesta del Proyecto se podrá apreciar el desarrollo de la metodología INSHT a través del NTP 330 este método es bajo reconocido a nivel internacionalmente, la misma que nos ayuda a identificar los riesgos y puntualizar la exposición de estos, tomando en consideración planes de acción para el mejoramiento de todos los Requisitos Técnico-Legales (RTL) que no se cumplieron o aplicaron a cabalidad, cabe expresar que cada proceso de mejora del SGSS permitirá fortalecer los cuatro elementos Gestión Administrativa, Gestión Técnica, Gestión de Talento Humano y Programas y procesos operativos básicos que mantiene la compañía. Una vez que se haya fortalecido el SGSS de Naportec S.A., se tendrá un mayor control de los riesgos en la fuente, en el medio y hasta en el receptor, ya sea por la capacitación impartida, el adiestramiento logrado o por los EPIs facilitados a los trabajadores que están potencialmente expuestos a los riesgos descritos. Esto disminuirá los accidentes o incidentes y mantendrá como objetivo permanente la cultura de la prevención tanto entre los trabajadores, así como también en los administradores que son los encargados de liderar los procesos de la compañía.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This Academic Task was developed keeping in mind the improvement of the System for Technical Management of Security and Labor Health that “Naportec Co.” maintains, such system was implemented in 2011 and at the present time several weaknesses have been observed, and as a consequence several incidents and accidents have been occurring in the labor area. To start this research, a diagnostic about the Security and Labor Health Management was done, it was based on the resolution CD 333, which processes allowed us to identify the problems that the several elements of the Technical Management have. Each Technical Legal Request (TLR) identified have presented some trouble into its development, one of its stem causes was the risk analysis, which was based in the specific methodology that showed us to pick out each one of the risk factors involved in the Port Activities. In the new Project’s Proposal, it will be able to appreciate the development of the Methodology INSHT through the NTP 3333 which at the present time is internationally (accepted and) renown; such technology assist us in the full identification and specification of such risks keeping into consideration to have action plans in order to improve every one of the Technical-Legal Requests (TLR) which were not fully and well applied. It is necessary to point out that every one of the improvement processes of the SGSS will allow to strength the four elements Administrative Management, Technical Management, Human Resource Management and Programmes and core business that the Company maintains. Once the Naportec´s SGSS have been strengthened, it will be possible to maintain a greater control of risks from its source (origin), in the media and up to its receivers, it might be for the instruction given, the management gotten or by the PPE´s provided to the workers who are potentially exposed to the risks described. This is going to lessen the accidents as well as the incidents and will keep as a permanent goal the culture of prevention into the workers as in the managers who are the responsible of leading the company´s processes.	es_ES
