| dc.description.abstract | En esteproyecto de titulación se amplía el estudio de la crisis que afectó a la empresa Servilumic S.A. se analizaron todos los factores que afectaron a la empresa y como consecuencia la forma de prepararse ante las situaciones críticas que tendría la empresa en el futuro.Estainvestigación cuenta con cuatro capítulos con el determinándose así: Introducción, en este capítulo se exponen las causas y efectos del problema que se presentó, los objetivos de la investigación, justificación del proyecto, se define la hipótesis, las variables de estudio, y finalmente las delimitaciones que afectan el desarrollo de la investigación. Capítulo I: Marco Teórico en este se puntualiza los antecedentes en investigaciones realizadas a crisis empresarial, así como las teorías y conceptos usados para su estudio, además los escenarios presentados. Capítulo II: Marco Metodológico, en este capítulo se muestra las técnicas y métodos para la investigación acerca del problema y deficiencia ante la administración de una crisis en la empresa. Además, se realizó un estudio más cercano basado en encuestas y entrevistas interna los cuales sirvieron como apoyo para mostrar el problema y así poder concluir con un estudio detallado. Se finaliza con el análisis general Finalmente se presenta el Capítulo III La Propuesta, la cual ofrece una solución al problema planteado a la empresa Servilumic S.A., el Plan Estratégico de Gestión de crisis. Este plan muestra los detalles para la administración, la aplicación y ejecución en un momento crítico para que se implemente cuando esta u otra empresa de la misma dimensión sienta la necesidad. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis the study of the crisis that affected the company Servilumic S.A. we analyzed all the factors that affected the company and as a consequence how to prepare for the critical situations that the company would have in the future. This research has four chapters with the determining itself thus: Introduction, this chapter describes the causes and effects of the problem that was presented, the objectives of the research, justification of the project, the hypothesis, the study variables, and finally the delimitations that affect the development of the research. Chapter I: Theoretical Framework in this one the antecedents in investigations realized to business crisis, as well as the theories and concepts used for its study, in addition the presented scenarios. Chapter II: Methodological Framework, this chapter shows the techniques and methods for research on the problem and deficiency in the management of a crisis in the company. In addition, a closer study was conducted based on surveys and internal interviews which served as support to show the problem and thus be able to conclude with a detailed study. Finalized with the general analysis Finally, Chapter III The Proposal is presented, which offers a solution to the problem posed to the company Servilumic S.A., the Strategic Plan of Crisis Management.
