Resumen
El presente proyecto tiene como objeto generar conocimiento de cómo es la situación
del desempleado guayaquileño, y como ante la necesidad recurre a desempeñarse
como un trabajador informal. Se recurre al estudio de teorías enfocadas al desempleo
y la informalidad con el fin de poder entender la situación actual del fenómeno,
además se hacen análisis de enfoque cualitativo para describir los motivos, ventajas y
desventajas por las que el individuo recurre a la informalidad.
El trabajo responde a una metodología en el que el tema de estudio se realiza de
manera documenta, haciendo uso de recopilación de datos. Abarcando un tema
específico sobre la diferencia aun existente de participación en el mercado laboral
entre hombres y mujeres. Además se realizaron entrevistas a personas informales para
conocer sus propias opiniones sobre este fenómeno económico-social.
The purpose of this project is to generate knowledge of what the situation of the unemployed people of Guayaquil is like, and how, when faced with the need, they resort to working as an informal worker. We resort to the study of theories focused on unemployment and informality in order to understand the current situation of the phenomenon, in addition to qualitative approach analysis to describe the reasons, advantages and disadvantages for which the individual resorts to informality. The work responds to a methodology in which the subject of study is done in a documented manner, making use of data collection. Encompassing a specific topic on the still existing difference of participation in the labor market between men and women. In addition, informal people were interviewed to find out their own opinions about this socio-economic phenomenon.
